Above Par Painting

We recently used Jeffrey and his crew to spruce up the paint on our new house before moving in. Jeff came to provide an on-site quote, was there right on time and didn't mind the chaos going on around us with other bidders and service folks we had over at the same time. He understood our needs, correctly pointed out the variables in play, and in the end, overwhelmingly came in with the best bid. In some rooms, a single coat, one bedroom was a color change with two coats. Base boards, fixing a ceiling area that needed plugged. Correctly matched paint when needed. Because we had a limited window when Jeff's crew could come it, we were a bit anxious (you know the stories...) but we had no need to be. Jeff came in on a Friday night, did the prep work, and the next morning, his crew was there nice and early. I went over the areas with his crew boss, they were on their way. After the job was done, there was a small discrepancy in what was quoted and what was done. This is exactly where I tell you there are still good, honest service people out there. Called Jeff up that day, we talked over the quote, and he was back two days later to do the rest of the work. I take a good portion of responsibility here - I should have caught it on walk-through. Didn't matter to Jeff, he didn't even edge on pointing that finger. He just made it right. And I don't want to skip over the work they did - they did a fantastic job. The recommendations made to meet what we were looking for were right on target, the house feels new! Bottom line - these are the people you want for your painting needs. Honest, hard-working, punctual, responsive, and all-around trust-worthy folks. My thanks to them for meeting out timeline and for the care and attention they gave to our new home!

Jeff and his crew were great. They ended up doing more than they expected due to wallpaper removal ...area needed more coats of paint then original estimate. I even changed my mind about a two-color room and switched colors and they were able to accomodate for that late change. Jeff and his crew were neat, efficient, professional and very patient with all the things that came up during the two day job. I would highjly recommend Jeff Robinson and his crew and will contact him again next year to do additional rooms.

Job couldn't have gone any better. Above par, was very clean and professional. They provided a very high level of service. Above my expectations & cleaned up well.
