Description of Work: Repair drain in refrigerator, 15 minutes, fuse in dryer, could not determine why fuse kept blowing, have been out 4 times as of now, and have charged more money one time.

Description of Work: My oven would not hold temperature. Aable appliance said it would cost as much to replace the thermostat as it would to buy a new stove. I paid a service call and bought a stove from Chenoweth Appliance.

Description of Work: other Angie's list members, I try and compliment for good services but this was a painful experience. I will start with the positive they turned up on a Saturday. he then proceeded to try and charge $240 for 15mins of labour and $ 250 for parts that, after checking online were available for less than $ 100. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated that he was the only one who would change the prices. I called the head office and got a supervisor who then argued with me. the engineer then tried to argue with me about my decision to just go and buy a new dryer instead of repairing the dead one. Overall they are not an organized company to work with and will financially try and rape you. I would never ever use them again and would suggest you don't.

Description of Work: I used this service because of reviews posted on Angie's List. Good decision. The phone contact was very professional. Information about type and model number of Kenmore refrig was given; the repair was for a non-functioning ice maker. The repairman (Ed) arrived at the very beginning of the three hour window; he was very professional, informative, gave me options for repair, replacement or shut off and removal of ice maker. I made my decision and the entire work was completed in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this service to others. P. S. The Kenmore is more than 15 years old.....surprised to see a new icemaker already on hand....

Description of Work: I did not store the washer properly over the winter. Pump was cracked. Part needed to be ordered. It was ordered and came in as promised. The employee was very courteous and helpful !!

Description of Work: Repaired Kenmore refrigerator. Excellent. Described problem on phone and he brought the repair part with him. Well done. Hightly recommend.
