They emailed me after I made the purchase asking for information on my washer, to which I replied. We made an appointment for this morning. A technician called me this morning and asked a little bit about the issue, which I had already told him in the email. He told me that it was obvious that I was using too much fabric softener, to which I said that I've experimented with different amounts of fabric softener and have even tried without using any at all and was still having the issue. He then told me that I need to wash with vinegar because there might be some soap scum residue. I then told him that I didn't think that was the issue either because the white film only happens occasionally and not on every cycle. I feel that he was accusing me of handling my washer wrong when he couldn't even see what I was doing. He refused to come out and told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. I tried to tell him about the situation but he didn't seem to want to listen and pretty much just blew me off. I will not be using them ever again.

They were okay. I guess the only issue was, and the repair was fine and all that, the price was kicked up to more than compensate for the deal that you get. The price for the part was two times more than what I could have bought it on-line for. It came to $150 more out of pocket to replace the heating element. The service was fine and all that, but I think they made up for the coupon by charging extra for the part. They don't give you a price when you call up either. I would consider using them, but I wouldn't use them again unless there was a discount. I wouldn't discount them, but I would have to call around to get a couple of others for comparison.

Once my washer was repaired, everything went great. There was an issue with the first visit and getting the repair completed. I was very pleased with the first repair person wanting to save me money by trying to find a part. I was disappointed with the response and communication while looking for the part. Overall I am very pleased with the service and follow up.

They were fine. The guy was here when he said he was going to be here. He fixed everything that went wrong. They called and said he will be on his way on such and such time. They had good communication and they did what they said they were going to do. The work he did turned out great. I would recommend them.

still trying to dry my clothes -thank goodness Angie's List recommendations and the discount I'm not all that disappointing...kinda what I expected. I should've just bought a new one...my bad.

It was a big deal purchase. He did okay but I had to replace the unit. There was nothing special, but there was nothing bad either. He could have done a little bit more with a cheerful personality, but I guess that's just his personality. There were additional charges. He seemed to know what he was doing and he did it right.

Serviceman got sick on first day scheduled. a Able called me & I rescheduled. Serviceman was late on second date scheduled, but Able called and explained the reason.

Great. David quickly identified the problem, explained to me what it was and the solution. He did not have the necessary parts so he made arrangements to get them and let me know what the final cost would be. The price was satisfactory and he came back and installed the part. It worked fine. he was very friendly and professional.

Could not repair due to not able to find a source for a part needed to repair the oven

The entire door ended up having to be replaced in order to repair. The cost was more than we wanted to pay for repair due to needing a whole door order. Company was honest and fair with price. Just didn't realize we would have to replace entire door. We choose not to have repair completed and purchase new. Appreciated honesty and didn't feel as if we needed a second opinion to have door repaired.

Excellent. Found issue fast. It was a faulty high temp thermostat. Had to get part and return 2 days later.

It went very well. They were professional and quick. They did what they said they were going to do. The cost was reasonable.

Great experience. They responded pretty quickly, even allowing me to talk with a tech on the phone prior to scheduling an appointment. The man who came out was very nice, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a result of using dryer sheets. Apparently they can get caught up in the mechanisms and then be a magnet for lint. Eventually it would have stopped drying. He removed the front of the dryer and cleaned it out, showing the problem. Works perfect now. They do have a service call charge, but it can be applied to a repair. After Angies List discount, we paid $95.

At all levels professional and punctual. Service agent took details over the phone (model, serial #) so that repairman arrived fully equipped. Repairs were explained. A+

It was perfect. I have no complaints. He fixed the refrigerator but he couldn't get the part so it was going to be like 2 days in between. The guy tore it apart to fix it because it was a pan that needed to be done. The guy put a regular house pan. It was very ingenious. I asked him if the refrigerator is going to last for another year for the $200 and he said it absolutely will. I think the pricing was fair. He did come back when he said he was coming back. He was very nice.

After a thorough review, we were told it couldn't be repaired.

The service person was very thorough and professional, and he worked quickly. The only issue I had was with the response window. The company said the service person would arrive between 9am and 1pm. The company called at 12:40pm to say the service person was on the way and would be here in 15-20 minutes. It was 35 minutes later when he arrived. However, besides the time I am very pleased with the work and quality. I would hire again.

That guy was good. He was fine. It was on a timely basis so it was not an issue. There were extra charges because I have two machines. He was very honest in his assessment.

Repairman stated needed new valve in order to fix the burner switch. Stated it would be $259. Repairman left. I looked up on YuTube topics related to why burner switches might not work. One solution was to take small fine brushes and clean around knob and take knob off and clean. Thanks to YuTube I saved $259.

Required two trips - initial trip thought the issue was a problem with the drain pipe not flowing properly. Second visit resolved the problem with a valve replacement.
