Description of Work: Had a leak in the front of the washer. They replaced the gasket. They arrived when promised and did a great job. He had the part needed on the truck. Thought they would have to order and come back in a few days. Had never used AABLE before but would recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased a $49 deal to receive $100 worth of appliance repair. My technician arrived as scheduled and quoted me a price of $225 to fix my microwave. While that was expensive, I was agreeable to it because at that point it would "only" be an additional $125 to fix of because of the $100 worth of repairs I had previoiusly purchased through Angie's List. I was told they would come back once the part was ordered, and instead of doing this I received a call the next day saying that the part was unavailable and that they could not complete the repair and that I would need to buy a new microwave. I have since purchased a new microwave but I have been told that I cannot receive a refund of my $49 because Aable appliance service repair says the $49 was for the service call. I understand that they usually charge a service that is waived once repairs are made but in this case they COULD NOT fix my appliance. I was willing to pay for the service but they could not provide it so I think a refund is fair.

Description of Work: Repairman came out and said I needed 3 new switch,s and came back to put them in 3 days later and blew the fuse because he crossed the wrong wires he also blew the circuit board and replaced it. As of today it is still not working. They are comeing back out on the 18 th. when he came out he did not know the whole unit had to be taken out to fix it so I had to help him get it out and I am 75 yrs old. Repairman came out and did not even have a meter for testing so he had to use mine.

Description of Work: I was able to get my oven fixed on my time which was convenient. The repair person and the woman who does the scheduling was incredibly nice. Using the $55.00 for $100.00 worth of service was very cost effective.

Description of Work: Checked broken dishwasher. Could have done the work to fixit but was cheaper to buy a new one.

Description of Work: Repaired/replaced ice maker. First try to get the ice maker working again was to get the water flow going again. It then made ice but wouldn't drop it so they 2nd trip was to replace the ice maker. All was considered as one repair service which was a great savings. Instead of being late, they called to see if they could come early! Yeah! That never happens. Was in and out quickly and did a f/u to make sure all was working well. Very happy with the results. Would use AABLE Appliance again and definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Replaced ice-maker. First tried a fix with the water flow but when that didn't work, came back at no additional charge and honored the quote that was given on the first trip. Combined the charges from both trip as one trip. Was early (called first to make sure that was ok) which is rare and worked great for me. Great service, pleasant repairman and I'm very pleased with the outcome and price.

Description of Work: I have used AABLE twice and both times the job was completed very quickly and they gave me a coupon to use in the future. Very professional and nice. The same gentleman arrived both times and knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts necessary and job cleanup was perfect. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: He diagnosed the problem and told us the remedy, however, it was too big a task for him to fix and we actually ended up buying a new fridge. However, we had the same thing looked at in the past 4 times with a "band-aid" fix from other repairmen, and just wish they had told us the truth to begin with!!!!
