Description of Work: Due to my mistake, the water filter on my Whirlpool refrigerator was stuck. Took the tech about 2 minutes to get it out and he only charged for the service call.Would definitely use them again and refer them to a friend.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator wasn't working properly. One the technicians came out and said our control board wasn't working properly. He said it would cost $450 to repair. I tried to ask questions about my options but he was not willing to answer my questions. We had another technician come out after him who was more friendly and polite an did his job.
