Description of Work: Technical very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how he was doing the repairs and why. The part cost was below what I was able to find in preparation research. They were professional setting up and executing their appointments and followed up with a survey to evaluate service. Description of Work: My front burner in my electric stove top was not consistent, it would click and I knew it was heating up more than i wanted. The man sent out analyzed the problem and told me what I needed. Two days later someone from the office called said they found the part and gave me where to purchased. We did just that and my husband put part on. I called company and told them (they suggested if husband could do to go ahead). The part was on and working...the $49 coupon was simply used for service call. They were very nice.
