Was on time, found problem quickly, repaired and cleaned up after himself.

Due to Active WARRANTY on the Refrigerator, NO DOLLAR payment was made.

They were super. They honored the deal and were able to fix the problem with his washing machine. My son was very pleased with the service.

The customer service rep was super courteous, scheduling the earliest possible appointment. I received a courtesy call when the repair technician was on his way. He fixed The problem efficiently, showing me how to fix it myself the next time. The service call was covered by the Angie's list deal that I had purchased. I will use this company again.

When he arrived, he looked at the fridge, listened to my description of the issue, and within 5 minutes said he knew what was wrong and what needed to be done. The quote was for a little over $400, which he would deduct the price paid for the Angie's List certificate. That price seemed very fair, I had previously priced the parts for the repair I believed was going to be needed, and just parts were about $210. We chose not to have them service the fridge, because we wanted to get a new one anyway. I'm confident from Ted's professionalism and apparent knowledge that we would have been happy with the repairs, had they done them.

I contacted the company with the issues I was having with my washer, as well as the model information last Friday. They informed me that they would be sending someone on Monday to resolve my issue. On Monday, the service technician that arrived me informed me that he did not know how to work on the specific model that I have. Despite finding it unprofessional that the company even sent someone who did not know how to repair my machine out, I agreed to let them send someone out today between 2pm and 5pm. I had to cancel a dentist appointment to be there, but I desperately needed my washer repaired. 20 minutes till 5pm, the new technician calls me and explained that the problem will require a part that he does not have, so I would have to wait even longer to have my issue repaired. It is not fair to me, the customer, to have my repair delayed due to poor communication within this company.

Cleaned and inspected the Washer and Dryer. He was very professional and very informative. We will definitely use this company again without exception.

The refrigerator is here but is not keeping stuff cold as it use to. I thought the man did a wonderful job. He kept it going long for me. They came out when they said. He was nice and professional and he did his job. I really enjoyed meeting him. It just did not stick well. When you close the door the top would flop open. The refrigerator was old. It took him 2 hours and he cleaned up. He was professional did what he could.

Ted was pleasant, on time, and did a wonderful job.

IT WENT VERY WELl ! Called AAble Appliance and scheduled an appointment for installation of a control panel, which I had already purchased for about $165.00. (AAble Appliance scheduled an appointment in two working days and adhered to that schedule on time as promised), for my Whirlpool Cabrio washer . With Angie's List deal of $49.00 for $100.00 worth of service cost the total cost of this project equaled $ 239.00. HEY, this was far less than what I researched on Google. Pricing was from $600 to $700 for this control panel along plus a service call of $120.00 to 175.00. That is a whooping savings of well over $500.00. As a foot note, everybody that has purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer & Dryer since about 2002 has had problems with this control panel failing. The reviews and comments on Google about the Cabrio, were horrendous. Whirlpool would not issue a recall on these units and finally discontinued this model around 2013. I had purchased mine in January 2008 and didn't even try to contact Whirlpool about this manufacturer's defect because there has to be at least 1,000 bad reviews, negative comments and lack of support reported on Google, all saying of their bad experience with this washer and Wirlpool's failure to honor the Warranty of a Manufacturer Defect. Also, when I purchased my Whirpool Cabrio it's cost was $899.00, so the repair to this washer would have been a staggering 77% of purchase price. THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST ! ! ! ! ! Sorry, I was supposed to only review AAble Appliance performance, but this whole sequence of events has all muddled together.

The provider was very prompt - able to come out the same day. He actually was a little early. Anyway - he was able to diagnose the problem very quick and replaced the broken part. The part seemed a little expensive - but sure was lower than replacing the refrigerator. This is the second time we used this vendor and will call again if needed.

It went fine. He came out the same day I signed up for the $49 for $100 deal toward the appliance repair. We paid Angie's List the $49, and the repairman the $27.55 for the part, totaling $76.55.

It was nice, it was alright. There was an additional cost and it was nice to know upfront before they did it. It was $50 a service but they were charging an additional $50 or $60 to come out and look at it, in order to use but I had already paid for it at that point, so I had no choice. I don’t have any complains on the fact they didn’t have to do anything. You would think $50 would have been enough for somebody to take a look at it without having to charge you an additional $50, so I guess that was a little misleading. The guy that came out was really nice. I did what the technician said and he was great, I don’t have any issues with him but there is definitely a disconnect between the technicians and how they run things.

I began the call by asking the price for the service call, but the person on the pone wanted to get other information from me first and explain their process and procedures. The person talked really fast and just kept on talking over me when I politely tried to clarify something I hadn't caught. She seemed annoyed to have to interrupt her schpiel to clarify something, and, after I thanked her for repeating the information I hadn't heard, she said "thank you" all huffy like and ended the call. As she had started explaining a multi-step process, beginning with "First,..." I was very taken aback that she said "thank you" and abruptly ended the call. Of the two service providers I had planned to call, this provider's service call fee was actually $15 lower, so I probably would have gone with them had they have offered passable customer service.

Went fine. Trusted their opinion just too costly to repair so did not. It was nice to have the Angie's list certificate to figure that out without wasting money on a lost cause.

He was very good. This man was very nice. The quality of the work was fabulous. I haven't had any problem.

It went from bad to horrible. Guy left a mess in the laundry room. Told me it'd cost more than the price of a new washing machine to fix my old one (wouldn't spin). These folks are icky and awful.

Willing to do the dryer work, which saved me a service call. Appointment staff efficient, and kept me up to date!

The repair man came out and did an initial inspection and gave us an estimate that was lower than I expected. He then came back out 2 days later to do the repair. He initially thought the ice maker needed to be replaced, but he was able to fix it instead and reduced the cost by 100.00. He was late on both occasions but the office did call and let us know when he was on his way. Would recommend to others

Good. Repairman was on time- repaired ice maker in a reasonable amount of time Was satisfied with the work.

The gentleman that came was prompt. He fixed our oven in a matter of minutes.

I called in to get our dryer repaired as it was making a funny noise. It was just outside of warranty (aint that always the case) I booked in and was told we were to be the first call of the day. At about 10am of the day I service I called in as it seemed past the first call time. I was informed first call was 9-12 and that the tech had jkust left the shop was going to get parts and come to our propetry. When I questioned how first call was 9-12 I was pretty much fobbed off as this is a standard thing. My wife had been waiting for two hours by this stage so I was not very impressed (bussiness hours show as opening at 7.30 am) When the tech arrived he looked at the unit and in 25 mins had opened it cleaned it and then charged us 108 for the privledge. We had a coupon so got $15 off. so we paid $93 cash. My issues are the time it took to arrive when we were promised the first call. The very lax attitude when i called in concerned about their timing. and then the massive hourly rate they must charge for such a simple repair. I would caution you not to use this company unless they will set a firm time and price expectation. I used them as they had been rated highly in the past. I would not use them again

I am not happy with them at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
