He had to make 2 trips because he needed help to get the oven out of the wall to make a diagnosis. His first assumption on the problem was incorrect.

Great! They were on time, found and explained the problem, cleaned up afterwards and gave me the senior discount. Service man and office staff couldn't have been nicer. I hope I don't have to use them again but would not hesitate to call them or refer them to others.

AAble Appliance Service has renewed my faith in customer service. Their phone service staff was friendly and responsive and got someone over quickly. Jake and David found a simple fix for the problem without my having to purchase expensive parts and they told me where I could go to get a part to replace a "start" knob which was close to coming off. If that wasn't good enough, I subsequently received a follow up call from the phone service staff asking if everything was still working and okay. I will certainly use AAble for any future needs I have for appliance service and would strongly recommend them to others.

Technician arrive in window of time quoted and was very professional. He identified the issue very quickly and performed the required maintenance. Fortunately it was a clogged trap inside the washer. Learned to put color catcher sheets in a laundry bag so they do not become lodged in the trap.

I called for a freezer repair. The ice and meats were frozen, but the "softer" items like bread and ice cream were not frozen, and the fan was running constantly. The repairman came, was here for about 5 minutes (long enough to empty my freezer), diagnosed it as either a compressor or freon and said he was not licensed to do the work, so i would have to call another repair company to do the work. He charged me the $79.00 and was on his way... freezer not fixed.

I was happy with the work. We were able to get an appointment the next day (as opposed to in five days for another repair service). The technician called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time, which he did. He resolved the problem, explaining it clearly to my husband. The technician, Ed, was courteous.

They did an excellent job, even working on Saturday. They took the time to talk with me the day before to find out the problem. That way Aaron had the replacement fan when he came to do the repair. I give them my highest recommendation!

I called to make and appointment with them a tech got on the phone and told me that my hose was to far into my drain pipe. So not only was he curious, knowledgeable he had great customer service. I did what he told me to do and I have done 5 loads of laundry since, with no problem. They will be my go for any appliance repair I have in the future. I will also sing their praises to everyone I know.

The lady I spoke to on the phone at Aable was very nice, professional and courteous. The gentleman they sent out was also very nice and courteous. After spending about five minutes looking at the washer he told me that the electronics were out and that the bearing was damaged causing the washer to leak. The estimate to fix the electronics was $275 and the total estimate to fix both was $1000. Being that the washer was 5-6 years, I chose to not have any repairs as it is more cost effective to buy a new washer. After several hours of reviewing and shopping for a new washer we had a new washer installed only to discover the leak was not from the washer at all- there was a clog in our drain. I could have spent $275 to have my washer fixed instead of having to spend time and additional cost to buying a new washer. I paid $49 for the service call but then inquired the cost of a new machine, spending more than what it should have taken to have the old one fixed. I rate overall as Fair due to the positive attitude presented by the company. They were quick to come take a look and were very polite people.

Scheduling was a breeze and I was given both the window of time to expect the tech and the minimum amount for the service visit before committing to the appointment. On the day of service I received a call (as promised) letting me know the tech was on his way. The tech, Ted, was terrific. He was able to diagnose the problem and clearly explain the needed parts, labor and costs. He was unable to complete the work same day as we needed to clear our the contents and turn off the unit to make the repairs. We agreed to the estimated amount and he returned on the following day to make the repairs. I received a call prior to his arrival, he had the parts and worked efficiently and was very clean and courteous. He explained all of his work as he presented the bill and it was as expected. I would highly recommend both AAble and Ted. Our refrigerator is working beautifully.

Making appointment was great. Follow up to confirm appointment was great. Tech arrived, inspected and told us the issue was venting and they did not clear them out. Told my husband to blow it out and that if it did not solve the problem, service call was good for 30 days. Up to this point, all was good. THEN>>>>>> Told my husband the service call was $89. Directly conflicted what I was told on the phone (which I wrote down was $79 along with the name of the tech that would be coming). Tech called into the office and they confirmed it was a new girl that must have made a mistake and that my area was $89. NOT ACCEPTABLE. A good company makes good on price quoted. I informed them I would only pay the price I was quoted, he called back into the office and was told that was fine, BUT my address would be marked NO SERVICE in the future. Fine by me as I would not want to use a company that does business this way anyway.

David arrived within the first half-hour of the 4-hour window, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to my wife exactly what he was doing and showed her how to check the dryer lint trap in the future to check for build-up. Very happy with our experience with this company and would definitely work with again. Props, too, to the young lady I spoke with initially. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

There was a part they couldn't do, like they would have drilled into the counter and he didn't want to take that chance of it cracking or something so.

I called AAble after the microwave broke 2 weeks after they had repaired. They could not send anyone out for 4 days. On the appointment day they called and said repairman could not come- had hurt his hand and they had no one else to send. Then they said they might have someone. After explaining the problem was the same as previous which I had detailed when I called for an appointent they said they had no parts and it would be 10-12 days to get the part(s). I guess they were going to send the repairman with no parts when I had told them the problem. To have parts overnighted would cost $128.00 and they would not help even though I had been waiting 4 days to fix something they should have repaired, and they were delaying again. They finally refused to service the microwave and said they would refund my last payment minus the service call. This just to me seemed to be totally unreasonable. I got another service to repair the same day I called. The problem was due to a mistake by the AABle service tech who either missed the original problem. I definitly will never use again or recommend.

UNPROFESSIONAL. This company wasted nearly a week of my time. They can't be bothered to set an appointment window smaller than FOUR HOURS. So I sat at home waiting for them and THEY NEVER showed up. When I called they said they could not reach me. WHAT!? I asked what number they had for me. They had taken down the wrong area code. They offered to reschedule. AS IF1! So now my time is WASTED because they can't bother to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. Get it together.

They provided me with service immediately. The Service Tech was right on time. He was kind and knowledgeable. The problem and the cost was explained to me before the work was performed. The Customer Service Rep was very kind, polite and explanatory. Thank you.

Aaron showed up on time, gave me a price, I accepted and he did the work right then. although the price was a little higher then I expected he was in and out and did a great job. we have also received a call about 6 weeks later asking if everything was ok. It was great!

On the above date we did have a technician from AABLE Appliance Service come out and diagnose as to why the dryer would not run. The problem was a tripped thermal fuse. These fuses cannot be reset and must be replaced.the repair was performed and the dryer did function.Here is the problem,most thermal fuses are tripped due to the dryer overheating due to some type of blockage in the dryer or vent line. The tech never checked the dryer for a blockage nor informed us of a probable cause. If there is a blockage how soon until the same problem arises again? Do I expect them no check out the vent line--no. But I would have expected them to at least check out the dryer for any blockages.Also I realize that they are in business and need to make a profit to stay in business but to charge 49.99 for the thermal fuse that is available from the manufacturer for $16.19 seems a little out of line.
