I called the company to request an evaluation of my roof for storm damage and had to leave a voicemail. Initially the company responded within the day to my voicemail and set up a date and time for them to come and evaluate the roof within a couple of days. On the day of the appointment they did not show up for the appointment. After waiting an hour I called them and they sent someone right over which I thought was a good sign, however he never even got up on the roof and said that there was no evidence of storm damage but my roof needed to be replaced because it's an organic shingle that was deteriorating. I asked him to provide me with an estimate and he took my e-mail address and indicated that he would e-mail me the estimate. It has been over a week and I have not received an estimate and two other roofing companies that actually got up on the roof both say that there is evidence of storm damage and both were willing to meet with my insurance adjuster to discuss the damage.

They were the most expensive roofing company. They worked well with the insurance company. They did as much as they could in helping us. It was winter time and we had a major roof leak. We had to wait for a warm day in January and they came out and did the roof. They finished the roofing in just one day. I had good experience with them. I have seen some funny comments about them as they do business as metro roofing. However, my personal experience has been positive with them. I rate them high for everything. They had a supervisor on site and they cleaned up everything. They finished the work by dark. My skylight was clumsy and I had them put a new skylight. I picked the design I wanted and they put that for me. I had about four estimates and they were in the middle. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Salesman did not communicate with work crew well at all. I am still waiting for the job to be completed.

Excellent service and response from first phone call to office. Initial appointment made for next day. Arrived EARLY (called to verify if convenient & it was!). Thoroughly inspected roof and determined there was wind damage. Offered to meet with homeowner insurance representative and successfully met with and coordinated estimate with adjuster. Sent crew to temporarily cover a problem area location on dormer. Scheduled job within 10 days of contact and 6-8 man crew worked two days straight and finished before the predicted rain arrived. They cleaned the worksite exceptionally well and we were extremely satisfied from start to finish.
