Description of Work: When using other dumpster services, we kept it as long as wee needed it and we paid any additional charges for keeping it for an extended period. This company picked it up after 10 days when it was only partially full. They didn't call to let us know they were coming. They say the rental is for only 7-10 days, which we weren't told. Sloppy way to do business.

Description of Work: Provided a Dumpster in front of the home. Shoes me how to open and close side door and lock it when not using it. Gave me direction about getting permit from city to have it on street. Came on time with the dumpster and picked it up promptly when done.

They arrived promptly and even provided a reminder phone call when the week was up to see if we needed to extend the time. They even postioned the dumpster where I asked without me being there and not messing up the yard. I would definately use them again.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE DUMPSTER, THEY WERE LATE. I RATED THEM ALL A'S OTHER THEN PUNCTUALITY BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME EXTRA DAYS WITH THE DUMPSTER FREE OF CHARGE.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERVICE WAS FINE. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE RELIABILITY THAT THEY PROVIDE. THEY WERE QUICK ABOUT PICKING UP THE DUMPSTER AND ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS GIVE THEM A CALL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PESON IS VERY ENGAGING.
