A BETTER FIX PLUMBING SERVICE

I have been involved in this situation since the beginning. My daughter and I have discussed this many times. I have given her suggestions on how to handle this company. Also, I have been present for several of her phone calls. The faucet took WEEKS to finally get purchased and installed. Many excuses were given for the delays. The screen was removed from the faucet head -she was told only on there because of government and hurts faucet. The screen was not left. She asked for the paperwork including the warranty on the faucet, along with the screen. She has made MANY phone calls over the last year to just get these items. Everytime she calls, she leaves her phone number and address. When she has been able to reach someone, the excuse is that they tried to reach her or lost her information. At one point she was also told they had been dropped off at my house several times-again NOT TRUE. Today was the worst.She reached the owner's son and explained the situation. He YELLED at her and said they tried to reach her everyday for 2 1/2 weeks. She uses her phone in business so I would have know if had gotten the calls, which I had not. He also tried to tell me that they had gotten the faucet in an overstock situation and that a plumber could only get the manual and parts (first time she had heard this). She tried to tell him that she did not know what happened-some sort of lack of communication-because she did not receive his calls. I am a witness that she never got rude to him and actually tried to say don't know what the problem has been but lets just get this taken care of. Then he started yelling again and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SERVICE IN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME OR THE JOB COMPLETELY FINISHED.

I have used their services before and think they are great. They come out as soon as they can no matter what time of day. Their work is very thorough.
