 + -1 moreWorking with Warren was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. I have a good working knowledge of computers, but there are times when a real professional is needed. He confirmed my diagnosis, gave me several options and was always upfront if something didn't go according to plan. He ended up replacing my hard drive and doing a total system upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. At the end of the day, I got more than my money's worth and my computer has been working like a champ.

 + -1 moreHe was great. He is really nice and professional. He is really good. I can tell that he is really good with computers.
Description of Work: I couldn't get my email opened. It would come up outlook express, but then I couldn't get it open. He came out to repair that issue. He got it working again. Also my computer was running real, real slow. It was taking a long time to load web pages and email. After he fixed the problem with the email he took it home with him and brought it back a few days later. Now it runs real fast. It's like a whole new computer. I had malware and other issues that he fixed. He saved files, reformatted the hard drive, re-installed windows xp, office 2003, anti-virus software and other protections, data protection, etc. He also set up my computer so if I have any trouble in the future he can login remotely and take care of any minor issues.
