They arrived on time and were very professional. They honored the quote I was given the day before. They did a complete clean-out of my garage and also took away a huge outdoor grill. It took them less than an hour and they swept my garage floor after they were done. I plan on hiring them again.

The crew called when they were on the way and arrived on time. They were courteous and presented a neat appearance. Both workers immediately went to work and continued diligently until the job finished. There were many heavy items and foul odors, but they were not deterred. The work was accomplished in as short a time as was possible. They left the site cleaned of all debris and swept up. The price charged was as quoted. Excellent service!

I think they were local. They were pretty cool. They swept our driveway and swept out our garage. When we were pulling construction debris out of the house, they cleaned it all up which I love.

We had 2 pick up loads of old stuff we needed hauled away. I made an appointment and left my wife $300 thinking that would be more than enough. Imagine my surprise when they said it would cost $650. I told them to forget it and leave. They called me back and explained that there were a lot of heavy pieces that all had to be carried down a tight stairway and they would be there most of the day. We finally agreed on $450. When I came home that night my wife said they sorted through all the stuff and put whatever they wanted to keep in one truck and then promptly started throwing everything off a balcony onto our driveway. They were done in 30 minutes! There was broken glass, wood, and plastic all over the drive and the driveway was damaged. Imagine dropping a 150 pound tv 15 feet onto your driveway! I have contacted them but no one responds.

the first thing said was, and quot;We can't do that, it's against company policy to go down a small ladderand quot; I told the young men I had mentioned this to the person setting up appt. and she said no problem. Then they left. I called on Mon. 6/16/14 to speak to a supervisor and they don't let you speak to one. They take your complaint and relay it to a conflict resolution person and that person is supposed to call you within 24-48 hours. That was Monday, today is Thursday and no call. Meanwhile, my things are now molding because of the 90 degrees and high humidity all this week. I just called again and was told someone would get back with me and they could not understand why my things were not taken. 7/10/14 Update: Called Got Junk a second time, told again it would be given to someone and they would be contacting me. Well, that never happened, again! I was told again that they should have taken my things. I had to pay someone to bring the things up and set them at end of my drive. My city won't pick up, so there all that stuff sits, while people come in the middle of the night picking through it. It's just a mess. And this review was on the site, but hasn't been for days, Angie's List said my review is there but it isn't. I thought Angies List was supposed to contact people who have had a bad experience.

They called when they had completed their previously scheduled job and arrived early. The team made sure that only the items that they needed to be removed were removed. They were efficient as we were on a tight schedule and left the house clean.

They hauled away the things I needed taken and did some basic clean up afterwards. They were very good, professional and polite. They did a good job.

They are great. They charge by the pound. As long as you let them know what it is they will dispose of things that are hazardous.

They were very prompt and they were easy to contact. They delivered it when they said they would and they picked it up when they said they would.
