When we got to our house, he was already there, had the top off and was doing the flushing. He told me to go in the house and flush the toilets a couple of times to make sure it was working properly. He assured us it was working properly after the flushing he did, but he also pointed out that someone broke the cement on top. He had a lot of good suggestions to keep our system running well.
We didn't have septic in our old house, so we had no idea.
