+ 0 moreThe serviceman was very knowledgeable and did not do anything that was not needed and was completed the work in a timely manner. In short he did a great job. I would have gave the company a better grade than a B if it was not for their policy on making service appointments. They do not make appointments or give you a time frame for the sevice to be done. I would gave the company a A if it was not for this. I spent over 2 days waiting for them to come.
Description of Work: my gas fireplace pilot light went out on it;s own and I could not get it to relight. The pilot light was stopped up and the service man got it unstopped and it worked fine.
