+ -1 moreI purchased several appliances over the years from them. I've been dealing with them for quite a few years. I bought all of my appliances with them for the last 15 years at least, maybe linger. I've been satisfied with their product and I've been satisfied with their service. The thing I like about any company is their customer service. They are dependable. They have a good reputation, timely in getting here, if I call today, they'll be here tomorrow the latest assuming everything is normal. Delivery depends on how late in the day I go in there, its usually the next day. If I go early in the morning, it maybe the same day but its normally no later than next day. They may not be the cheapest place in town but the price to me warrants their service. I know I'm goign to get first-hand customer service if I had an issue. The company warranty, they stay behind it. If you want to purchase an additional warranty, you can always do that. I'm satisfied with them.
