+ -1 moreI took my laptop to Woodland Computers for trackpad repair. I authorized the business to charge my card $49.99 for a replacement trackpad, and then waited. And waited. And waited. Repeated phone calls and e-mails were not returned. Then I saw on Facebook that the business was "moving." A month later, no new address, and the storefront is shut down. Still no return of repeated calls and e-mails. Several other people are also missing their computers and not receiving any responses. The owner's name is Jason Douglas Collins. Do not do business with him.
Description of Work: They didn't actually do anything. That's the problem.
