Description of Work: We had the Wizard steam clean 4 bedrooms, a hallway, a dirty love seat and the carpet of our van. They were perfectly on time and did a wonderful job. I've waited this long to provide a review just to be able to say that the "usual suspect" stains that would return within a week of cleaning are no longer there. We have experience with Stanley steamers and The Wizard far outworks them... excellent job. They provide a competitive price at a far better quality!

+ -1 moreExcellent! Arrived on time and completed the cleaning quickly and expertly. Friendly and professional. Took extra time on a couple of trouble spots. Because we had removed the area rugs to from the rooms and placed them in the garage on a sheet of plastic, it made it easier for him to clean and he gave us a discount. Additionally, his original quote was significantly less than some of the more well know franchise vendors. I prefer dealing local when possible but it can be risky. After reviewing Angie's List and experiencing the work that they do, I know that we made a good choice in using Wizard.

+ -1 moreWe were moving into a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving everything in. Billy provided excellent service and was very friendly. I felt their work was very good and will definitely have them back. The only reason for the B on punctuality is that they were 30 minutes late. On the other hand they did call prior to coming and apoligized for the scheduling conflict.

Description of Work: He was very nice and extremly professional, seemed knowledgable,and very prompt..I will continue to use him as he seemed trustworthy and I had only one room done but the carpet was white and had deep stains.
