Everything went perfectly. I was a little nervous about the movers coming down in the morning with a forecast of snow so I called Wildcat moving a week in advance and the owner moved our move time up a couple hours. He was very helpful. The movers arrived seven minutes early, even in the snow! They worked non stop and were very courteous. I went out to get some lunch for everyone and they were so gracious.They took a small break for lunch and chatted with us around the kitchen table. They had us laughing and actually made the move fun. Thanks Wildcat moving! We will definitely call you if we need to move again in the future!

On the 19th I had 3 very cheery gentlemen come to my condominium in order to help move me. Since I was moving from a place that had 3 flights of stairs I hired 3 people to help with the process. The gentlemen were very kind throughout the whole process not once did I here a negative word nor an upset tone pass their lips despite the visibly strenuous work. They were very quick about moving the boxes and I did not feel there was one idle moment throughout the move. Once we arrived at my new place they were very good about asking me where I wanted the items to go and then when they were through I felt they were excellent about moving everything around so my new home looked just right! I will say they were very honest about any issues with the furniture when they arrived, no worries about your movers hiding something that broke. They performed their tasks with efficiency and integrity, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move. I would especially recommend them if you can catch the Angie deal for 2 men and a large truck for $150. All in all Blake, Blake, and Mike will definitely be gentlemen I request for a future move!

Called to schedule a move on afternoon of closing. After a brief discussion of what kinds of items I had to move, company rep agreed that smaller truck and 2 hours would be all that would be required. He pointed out to me that Angie's List members have access to a coupon for $30 off of the price. Since I was getting the smaller truck and only two movers, the normal price would have been $160 for the 2-hour minimum, so the final price was only $130. They called the day of the move a few hour ahead of time to confirm I still wanted to move as it was snowing that day. They arrived within 2 or 3 minutes of the scheduled time and came inside to plan which items should be taken out first. After 5 minutes or so, they got to moving the furniture I had and the boxed and unboxed items. The office personnel had written down the new address wrong, so they had to call and get the correct address, but that didn't extend the time past the 2-hour minimum at all. It took them about 60 minutes to load up and about 20 or so to unload, so we were well under the minimum even with the address snafu. They were careful with my stuff and there wasn't any damage. They placed the items in a room as I asked and the move was complete. Hunter and (I think his name is) Arthur were excellent workers and I would use them and this company again if I had to move. The coupon is still up as I write the review, so if anyone is about to move, take advantage of it.

They were excellent. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally until the job was completed. All three of the workers were friendly and very polite. We have moved 13 times - mostly corporate relocation - and Wildcat Moving was as good as or better than any of the national companies we have used in the past.

I can't say enough about the Wildcat Moving team!! These guys were prompt, careful with our furniture, very courteous, and turned what could have been an extremely stressful day into a far less stressful afternoon for us. These guys didn't stop, even when it started to rain! They kept an eye on both the time and the weather and when it made sense to bring a third person in to complete the move that day, they did so. I strongly recommend this team and I will use them again, when I have to move a piano out of storage. :-)

I can't say enough about the services rendered by Wildcat Moving and the two guys they provided (I apologize for not recalling their names). They showed up on time and were very courteous throughout the process. Nothing was damaged and was able to get verything in two trips. They were very efficient with packing the truck and took great care with protecting the furniture. I had boxes labeled so they delivered everything to the right rooms. I think they have a good business model and with excellent customer service skills to back it up. I was satisfied from my initial call to inquire about a possible move to scheduling the move to the service they delivered. I would definitely use them again.

The movers were great, very professional and helpful. Art and Justin arrived on time and cared for our belongings as if they were their own.

The guys from Wildcat were top notch. They called when they were on their way and gave me an estimated time of arrival which they hit on the nose. They were very friendly and nice. They explained the services and approximated the bill. I was using a $30 coupon from Angie's list, but I did have to pay extra for travel (since they are based in Lexington and I am in Georgetown) and for the extra two guys. I pointed out all the items that needed moving and they got to work. They made pleasant conversation while they worked and maintained a pleasant demeanor. They verified items I wanted moved and were extremely careful when moving items through doors and around corners. They always took time to stop and ask about an item to make sure they didn't damage anything. After the truck was loaded, I gave them directions to the new house and they were very careful with their trucks and respectful of the subdivision. With an area full of kids, their caution was appreciated. At the new home, I pointed out the travel areas and what items needed to move. My extremely heavy bar had to travel around the house to the basement. I heard no complaints about the piece of furniture and the guys kept a positive attitude about the entire process. They finished under their two hour minimum time limit and offered to help re-arrange any furniture or go back to the old house to get any extra items. I was more than satisfied with the job they performed and let them go early with a decent tip. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I'll recommend them to everyone that asks.

It's been great! They were in constant contact with me, were clean-cut and professional, and used the utmost care when handling my possessions. The price might have been a little higher than other companies, but it was worth the quality of work and the professionalism that I encountered.

Branden R and Matt P never stopped working and helped me clean my front load washer filter before hooking it up for me, and hooked my dryer up also. They were very helpful in organizing my boxes. I would recommend Wildcat Moving to anyone interested in moving!!

They did an effecient job. They were on time, they were polite. There were no damages. They did it in a timely manner. The guys who helped were Brandon Raber and Mat Pavey.

I chose them after reading their good reviews on Angie?s List. They were great and were priced very reasonable. During the quoting process, the person we spoke with on the phone suggested that we hire two movers. However, we really wanted to hire three. We did end up hiring three movers and it ended up working out really well. They were very professional and courteous which is hard to come by for movers. They were probably the best movers that I have ever used.

This is the third time I have used Wildcat Moving in the last two years. They are exceptional!! My first time we were moving items to two different locations - they did not charge me any more for this service and were as happy and helpful during the last hour as they were the first. This last time I had Andrew W and Matt G -- they were awesome! Each of them have been awesome! I can't say enough positive things about everyone I've met affiliated with this company. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! And they are very reasonably priced!

Great moving experience. Mark McKnight and Arthur Silveira were very efficient and hard working. We had a house of furniture to be distributed to 3 different locations. The movers were very careful and we had no damage. There were a couple of extra challenges that they handled very well. We had a piano and an extra steep driveway. They carried the heavy piano in like it was a normal piece of furniture, then moved the other furniture around back (down a slope) to the basement. Mark and Arthur were very friendly and courteous and asked what else they could do for us when the moving was done. We were able to use the Angie?s List 5% off coupon. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I learned about Wildcat Moving on Angie's List and saw that they were highly rated so I called. Initially I had to leave a message on a voice mail system but was pleasantly surprised when I received a return call within a couple of minutes. The person I spoke with - possibly Andy? - was very courteous and professional and gave me the feeling that my business was taken seriously and appreciated. The movers were supposed to arrive by 9 am; however, they were backing up the truck by 8:45. Casey and Ben were great! They were clean-cut and courteous and worked without interruption. I could hear them chatting about the UK game while they worked and never heard either of them complain about their job or the heat - and it was extremely warm that day. Both of these young men were exceptionally careful with my furniture and I had absolutely no damage to anything - including the walls and floors of either house. I am in the customer service business so I pay special attention to how employees represent the company they work for. Casey and Ben were both wonderful ambassadors for Wildcat Moving and I would be happy to use them again or recommend them to my friends. In fact, I have already done just that! Casey and Tanner were fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and very careful with our furniture. I will definitely call on Wildcat again!

They were late arriving and they said they had tried to call my home phone which had been disconnected. They tried to back the truck into my driveway which is sloped. The tow knob on the back of the truck gouged a hole in the blacktop of the driveway. They tried to park the truck in from of my house on the street. The truck kept rolling down the street. Finally one of the guys ask if I had a brick to put under the tires to keep the truck from rolling away. I did and that solved that problem. They took the brick with them. They needed it at my new place. Two young guys, I am sorry I don't remember their names, loaded and unloaded my furniture. They worked non stop. There were a few nicks and dings here and there but over all I was satisfied with their job performance. They had a difficult move. In my new condo, they had to park in the back of the building and haul all the furniture around to the front and then up to the second floor. The stairs had a landing about half way up, so for large pieces it was difficult to make the turn. The hallway was a bit narrow inside the condo so again it was a bit difficult getting some of the furniture down the hall and into the bedrooms. Were they perfect? No. Would I use them again? Nothing was so damaged it needed repair and nothing was broken, so the possibility is good. A letter I received from them: Mr. Havens, I was sorry to hear that your move did not go as planned on August 8th. In this line of work accidents do happen, and in your case, there seemed to be more than usual. I assure you that the absence of perfect punctuality and the embarassing brake issue are rare occurences and problems that we fix immediately. We realize we can never be perfect, so with any mistake made we are always perpared to do our best to right the wrong. After seeing your review we tried contacting you by phone, but were unable to get through. We would be more than happy to send our furniture repair technician to repair any scratches or dings from the day of the move. Also, the guage in the driveway warrants a partial refund of the move. I have been extremely busy with the renovation of my new home.I have attached a copy of your note/letter. One which was left attached to my mail box and one was actually mailed. The day of my move, I was closing on the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. I had explained that when I arranged the move. So punctuality was important because I had to be at the closing on my house at 10 am. As to the scratches and digs on the day of the move, none were of major concern to me. I scheduled the smaller truck because I knew I would have wait time and did not want to pay a higher rate for a truck just sitting. Your site said "and a pick up truck". I had a friend at my house with a pick up truck also. I knew the load would be tight but I told the guys they could put boxes on my friends pick up. They managed to get everything on the truck but at the expense of a few scratches and digs I think. The only thing I would like repaired if possible is the leg of my couch. Somehow, one of the legs of the couch came off. The screw was still in the bottom of the couch and when I took out the screw to put it back onto the leg, the screw would not longer hold the leg on. I would like to leg to stay on the couch so I could move it easily. As to the driveway, the damage was done while I owned the house but I no longer own the house. The new owners never complained about the damage as far as I know. So I leave it to your discretion as to what is the right thing to do. Our records show that we sent one of our large trucks for the small truck price. We do this occasionally when the customer is an Angie's List member or when we are overbooked on small trucks. Our large trucks are the biggest moving trucks that are manufactured with cargo areas 26 feet in length. They can handle almost four times the volume of our pickup truck and trailer setup. It is a very good thing you received that vehicle because from the sound of your letter it would have taken 3-4 trips to finish your move with the smaller setup. The crew members that performed your move have been appropriately disciplined for their tardiness in accordance with our company policies. We take punctuality very seriously as it sets the tone for the entire day. We understand that our customers are stressed enough by the relocation process without having the added stress of wondering when the movers are going to show up. How a moving company handles damage claims separates the good ones from the bad. We are the best in the business when it comes to handling damage claims fairly. After an investigation into the truck malfunction it has been determined that the driver of the truck drove with the parking brake engaged on the way to your home. By the time they arrived he had worn the brake down so far that it would no longer hold the truck on the slope of your street. For the record, all of our drivers have been reminded of their pre-trip safety checks including safe parking brake operation. We take pride in our fleet of moving trucks and strive to keep them well maintained and clean at all times. Work was completed on 8/28/2013. Matt G, Matt R, Matt A and Zach C were all professional, cleancut and courteous. They are a great asset to the company and it was a pleasure to have them moving our household.

A friend and I hired Wildcat to move our daughters from an apartment to a house in Lexington. It was a pretty basic move, just the heavy stuff (furniture, beds, dressers, washer & dryer) as we moved all the boxed up items and the small things. One flight of stairs at the apartment, and none at the house. Wildcat has a 2 hours minimum, and I was planning (hoping) that this would be all it took since we were only moving 6 miles. Phil and Tucker worked hard and were careful with all the things they moved. The only break they took was during the drive between places. In the end, nothing was scratched or broken, and no damage to the walls in either place. The total time was 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was pretty good. The only negative, which isn't a big one, is that they really didn't know how to back up the truck. At the apt, they struggled to get it into a parking spot and at the house, same thing getting it into the driveway. Having owned numerous boats and trailers over the years, I know a thing or two about backing things up. These guys didn't. But alls well that ends well, and this move ended well. I would use them again if I have the need to move, and would recommend them to others.

Wild cat moving was wildly unsuccessful. They carelessly left an antique wicker lawn chair outside my storage, it was later stolen. Things were dropped and broken. They were very careless. They did a lousy job and the move was completed after 3 days. I am still finding things that were broken during the move. I cannot recommend them. It cost me well over a thousand dollars to find that out.

The move went much better than I had anticipated due to the hard work and dedication of the movers. The following movers assisted us and did an outstanding job as they had to deal with some unexpected changes and situations which they did not cause but did react to promptly and very professionally, Jordan Petit William Hardin Trevor Fox Ben Rice Blake Wagner Mike White I would recommemd that team to anyone as they work very well together and are a group of very nice young men.

The two men sent to us; Mike White and Cory Ashby, were quick, knowledgeable, careful with our furniture and more than helpful in making sure everything was done completely and correctly. Not only did they meet our requirements Mike and Cory were articulate and delightful to work with. Definitely would use this company again if these two represent the quality of employees they engage to provide their services.
