They did a fantastic job. First they were able to come over that day to help out which was very last minute on our part and we appreciated there quick assistance. The movers were great because they really thought through how to move the equipment safely and correctly. They also never stop when they do work so you feel like you're getting your moneys worth. Would definitely recommend wildcat movers for being commercial equipment.

Two big strapping young men arrived on time and quickly moved a 3 bedroom house of furnishings. The dismantled two dining room tables which we never bothered to do before, but it made packing them easier. They worked very well together. They got it done in five hours, which would have taken us two days. Their names were Kyle G. and John H. When we actually move, my husband will drive the truck, but I will call and request the same guys to pack the big truck for us. Great job Kyle and John!

Ryan, Torey, Josh & Brandon were on time. They were very efficient and did no damage to our furniture. My husband was so impressed with them he asked them to come back in 2 weeks and move the furniture again.

Warning - not to be used for a move when you care about the integrity of your belongings. We used the team earlier this week (9/9/15) to move a few things across town. The majority of our move was taken care of by a national company, but we had a few things that we needed help with locally. The Wildcat movers were dropping boxes/bins from second story to the first where they would be caught. Two mattresses were dragged through the rain/mud and are now soiled. We had to watch their every move/action and constantly remind them not to walk into things, to take greater care and not to do this or that. Our things made it from one destination to the other, but not without stress/worry, destruction and additional burden. Would never use this company for anything other than a college dorm move...11/2/15 update: the company worked to remedy the damaged goods to an agreeable solution. So I would give them credit for working to "make things right" to remedy the situation.

I purchased my first home, a 'fixer-upper', in April of this year (I'm a relatively young new homeowner). The renovations have been tedious, but the thing I was really dwelling was the actual move. That's where Wildcat came in, and took things over, allowing for a much smoother move, way more so than I could have imagined. I came to find out about Wildcat through Hunter Hanks in passing conversation, who I can't say enough good things about; he is a competent, articulate, well organized guy, that made the set up and communication a breeze. Also, I also work in management, but for an HVAC company, and we are Super Service Award Winners, and the most highly reviewed contractor in the area (Call The Comfortman!), so when Hunter started talking about Wildcat having a lot of the same philosophies, I was immediately sold on their services. He explained to me the philosophy of the work place, and their desire as a company to grow based upon a 'customer-comes-first' mission, which I could definitely relate to. Upon setting the appointment up, Hunter confirmed with me the day of, but I needed to hold off one more day, due to a couple of different things. Hunter switched me around immediately for the next morning, and, sure enough, I received a call from Nicky and John first thing in the AM, that they were on their way. Nicky and John were polite, and worked quickly with a sense of urgency, which I can absolutely appreciate. They were true professionals. I was convinced we would have to drop some furniture off of my deck, because of the size and an awkward duplex entry, but they handled everything with ease. I probably took 10-15 minutes to go over everything I needed them to get, and then they went right at it. They had my 2000 SqFt. home moved in under 3.5 hours, an impressive feat, I'll add, with the awkward entry way! They helped me move excess furniture and crap, that I no longer wished to keep, to the curb, and then unloaded everything at my new house before I could even get over to meet them (I misplaced my car keys in the transition of the move). They then waited a few minutes for me to arrive, and went over all the final details with me. When they handed me my bill, I realized I had left my checkbook in the car that I had lost my keys for, so they made arrangements for me to drop of a check the following day, which I completed. Overall, I had a great experience with Wildcat. I will be recommending them to my friends and family, and to our clients at Comfort, alike. Awful! Workers arrived on time but one had a cold he was dealing with and the other got hit in the head the day before so they only worked until lunch time and called in replacements. Before that - they broke a glass panel out of my curio cabinet. They made a small adjustment on time to cover that. They started at 9 am that morning and the move was not completed until 8:30 pm that night. There was quite a bit of stuff that they did not take (some because of being fragile others just oversight) that I still had to move after they left. We moved into that house with a lot more furniture than was moved out in about half that time. I'm not sure if the problem was a truck that was too small or not enough men helping but I never expected it to take this long. An estimate was given over the phone but no one came out to actually look at the stuff needing moved. The casing around a desk chair wheel was also broke during the move and a big chunk was knocked off one of my cubical shelves. I am getting ready to move again and will definitely be looking for a different moving company. I picked them because of their great reviews on Angie's List. I do have a piano and will say they did a great job with it.

It went very well. The two movers (brothers) were right on time. They were professional and personable. They were focused on the work needed and completed the job in a timely manner. We got the items organized and then packed onto the van. I would highly recommend their service.

The only problem was their previous move ran over and they were late for ours. They did keep us updated on the situation and everything worked out well. We have no complaints with this situation. The men (William and John) were very professional and helpful. The move went smoothly, very efficiently and there were no problems. Furniture was wrapped and secured appropriately with no damage to anything. We used Wildcat for the good price they quoted and we were not disappointed. Would use them again and recommend them to all.

I am thrilled with the service provided by Wildcat Moving. I hired 3 very nice, well groomed young guys, who weren't hard to look at (always a plus). In 5 hours time, they loaded my stuff from two different houses, unloaded at my new house. 2+ hours of that time was driving to and from the new house. They were very fast, moved at a run all day. Everything arrived intact, and they put it all just where I asked. I highly recommend Ryan Barrass, Tony Miller and Blake Rose from Wildcat moving. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Wildcat Moving was to pick the table up at the freight office where the table had been shipped. They were on time in spite of having to find our farm which is south of Frankfort and not easy to get to in the country. Originally they were to have two guys deliver the table. Thankfully they brought a third guy on the advice of my husband. It took all three men plus my sixteen year old son to heave the table into the house. There were a couple moments I wondered if it was going to happen or if they would have to call in reinforcements, but they got the job done. Tyler T, Josh Z, and Hunter H were all very polite and worked very hard. I would use them again if the need arose.

The movers arrived on time and I gave them a tour. After that, I was influence to pay for better insurance, which I did, and signed a paper. The insurance was $200. The movers jam packed the first truck and then the second truck was about half empty or full depending on how you look at things. After they unloaded, they trouble started. I went to adjust where my dresser was in the bedroom and it started to tip. So, I set it back up with help and got some books to support it. The one leg fell off. The leg was screwed into a triangle piece of wood and that triangle piece was ripped off the dress with the leg intact. One side of the ripped part was particle board and the other was wood. So, I informed wildcat of the problem the next business day. They told me to submit pictures and that the claim will take 4-6 weeks as they are busy. About 4 weeks later, I received a letter saying that they dont cover particle board furniture and they are sorry. I emailed them asking why 1 strip of particle board on each side to reinforce the dresser makes that particle board furniture and received no response. So, I called them and they said to resend the pictures and in 4-6 more weeks they would let me know if they could help me. In the meantime, I submitted a few scraps and dings in the furniture that needed to be refinished. I never heard back from them. So, finally, I emailed them again. About 1 week later I heard back. This time they said, essentially, I broke my dresser because their movers didn't report it, and that their company policy doesnt allow people to add to claims. However, I was never told that information. It is not anywhere that I have signed, nor on the website. So, when I told them about the dresser, which I thought was urgent, I didn't know what was my 1 shot at a claim. I will not use Wildcat moving again. Once they have your money, they are not helpful, they are not responsive and they seemingly do not care. They will respond to this making it look like I am to blame, but they held me responsible for a company policy which I had no way of knowing, and for saying that 1 piece of particle board doesn't make it particle board furniture. I guess what bothers me the most is that I was told the reason they dont cover particle board furniture is that it is usually not able to be fixed. If that is their policy, and I am paying hourly, why is their company policy not to take 1 minute and unscrew all the removal legs to prevent something like this?

First of all, I was concerned that I could not find a moving company with 24 hours notice but they were available and were on time. They were careful but also efficient. Nothing was damaged and they followed my directions as to placing items in the new house. I not have been more pleased and would recommend them highly. In addition, the cost was very reasonable considering how much had to be moved.

t was a local job, not a lot of stuff to move - they scheduled it at exactly the time I needed, were there right on time. The two men who did the move were very pleasant and got things done quickly. When you are paying by the hour you always hope the time needed will not be stretched out to run up the bill - that was nothing for me to worry about, they handled the job quickly, but carefully, and took care of a few extra things that were very helpful to me. I could not have been more pleased and would use them again and recommend them.

This was Wildcat's response to an unsatisfactory experience I had a few weeks previously. During the original move (in which they moved bedroom and living room furniture), the movers misplaced hardware for my daughter's Ikea bed, which I had to wait about 2 weeks for Ikea to ship replacement hardware from Sweden(!). Further, the supervisor I spoke to at the time did not (IMO) take responsibility for the problem. A week or so later, however, Wildcat's general manager called me and apologized, and offered to send 2 movers out for a few hours for whatever might be needed. I took him up on this, and he sent Tyler T. and John H. out on Sunday morning, to help me move an antique phone booth (which I'm guessing weighs 800lbs). Not a trivial task, yet both guys were competent, friendly, and professional, and within an hour the job was done. I understand that sometimes things go wrong, despite best intentions. So I really appreciate Wildcat's ultimate commitment to customer satisfaction, and resolution of a negative situation. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

I've never used professional movers before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. They exceeded my expectations by far. I received a call before my appointment to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently. I was moved and unpacked within two hours. The guys were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them as well!

Tyler T. and Caleb P. were great! They were polite, hard-working and fast. They were very careful and even patiently held several large pieces up so that I could dust under them.

Kevin and Nick arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work packing up my boxed belongings and furniture. They had the truck all packed within 45 minutes. They were careful to wrap up breakable lamps, etc. so they would be safe for the trip. After we arrived at the storage facilty, they quickly unloaded the truck and we settled up. No muss, no fuss. Just got the job done. But for a wreck that closed down Man O'War Blvd, we would have been finished in much less than the 2 hours it took. Great job and I would definitely use again.

They were great. Easy to schedule from out of state. House had difficult access...lots of stairs getting into home. Movers were punctual, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would certainly use them again.

It was easy to make arrangements and the company provided written (email) confirmation ahead of time. Both teams of movers arrived promptly at the designated time.

The Wildcat crew, Reese Dill and Mike Marble, arrived a little early and ready to work. They had the equipment they needed. They quickly sized up the move and the order that things should be packed in the truck. They worked steadily until the job was done, made the interim stop at my mother's and quickly unloaded at my new address. They were easy to work with, personable, courteous and helpful. One minor problem: they accidentally damaged an old armoire. I sent the company photos and was promptly reimbursed the standard insurance amount without problem. I felt this was a fair resolution. This was the second time I've used Wildcat Moving, and I would use them again.
