It went well. No complaints - the young men were very professional, worked quickly, and had great customer service.

They did excellent work on both occasions. The office staff was professional; the moving teams were prompt, professional and took care with my furniture. Always making sure the placement was exactly as I wanted it. They were polite and courteous even if asked to try pieces in different locations in the rooms.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Both movers were courteous and extremely hard-working. The whole team at Wildcat was professional, providing a stress-free, seamless move. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues for their moving needs.

I was apprehensive about working with 3 different companies to accomplish this move. I should have been. Wildcat Moving is very careful about who they contract with for hauling and unloading. After all-It's Wildcat Movings reputation on the line. Enlightened Freight did the hauling with a Wildcat driver. RMC of Norcross, GA unloaded. Everything went smooth. Wildcat, Enlightened Freight, and RMC all professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

William and Ryan were awesome. Very professional, careful and efficient. I would recommend them highly!

The staff that packed and moved us were very polite. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. The packers did not pack everything, they did, however, pack dirty dishes and 1/2 of a lime that was on the kitchen counter. He packed 18 SHARP KNIVES in one piece of paper. Good thing I grabbed the end with the handles. The only way I can describe how the kitchen was packed was helper skelter! Items from several different areas of the kitchen were in the same box. All of one area NOT in same box. The movers moved things they were asked not to. They tied the front door open breaking the door facing. They did not have enough movers or trucks to do the job. It took 4 hours for another crew to sho up and had to come back another day to finish. They DID NOT move everything. A few items were broken. I sent pictures and was told for my protection it would take 4-6 weeks for the claim to be settled. When I spoke with Jordan, he kept saying I'm sorry,but, offered no resolution. I left a message for the owner R.J Bruner to call me. That was 4 days ago. I have told numerous people, and, everyone is in disbelief. I will not recommend!

The move itself was fine. Both duos did a careful, quick job. A concern is that they don't have a small, quick move cost--I had to pay a minimum of 2 hours for a move that didn't take anywhere near that long. They also don't take checks if the items go out of county, and they have a service fee for credit cards. So I wouldn't use them again for small moves. But they do offer labor-only discounts for UK employees, and the $30 off Angie's coupon helped, as well.

Wildcat Moving did an excellent job with my move. They were on time and very efficient. Mike J and Oshea were professional and they took very good care of my belongings. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent. The two movers, Michael J. and Bob were very professional and carefully moved all of our things in a timely manner.

It went very well. It was the hottest day of the year to that point (around 90 degrees and humid). No complaints about the heat. Due to the angle of the driveway, they were not able to pull up and therefore had to use a dolly. Again, no complaints. When dis-assembling the furniture, they did the minimum in order to safely transport it, therefore saving time (and thus money) on both ends. Overall, very satisfied!

The move was smooth, quick and without issue. Trevor S., Matt H. and Beau G. were great-professional, polite, quick and personable. They did an awesome job and I would hire them again.

Andrew and Robbie were not only on time but a few minutes early. They got to work immediately. These guys were good! Very difficult exit from old residence--tight turns on two levels inside building and very steep steps outside. They treated every piece of furniture, every box, every appliance as if it were made of priceless crystal. And, they rarely stopped even though it was a very hot day. They broke for lunch after loading the truck then showed up at the new residence earlier than expected. They completed the unloading process quickly and with great care, placing every item exactly where we asked them to. They even made some suggestions about placement, given available space. Friendly, good sense of humor, no cursing. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, this was the second time we used Wildcat Moving.

The actual movers were excellent. Polite, hardworking young men. However, their managers were terrible. We got a call at 8, asking if it would be okay for the second truck to come at 845 because they had a late night the night before moving another customer. We said that was fine. By 1130, the first truck was full to go from the old house to the new house but the second truck had not shown up. Our movers kept calling the office and we're told that it would be on its way soon. By 2pm, we had unloaded all of the stuff at the new house but still did not have our second truck. We finally called the office. It took four tries to get ahold of a manager. Once we did, he started telling us that people had not shown up for work and a truck had broken down, which was not at all what they initially told us. The second truck arrived by 3, and we still had two stops to go. It took until 9 pm to finish and we had to help our movers with the last half of the truck, or it would have been even later. I understand that this was a big job, but I explained that when we booked them and we planned accordingly by booking the way we did. I did not appreciate that the management was less than forthcoming with us about the delays, nor does it seem that they really have a contingency plan in place for when such situations arise. Again, I will say that the rating is NOT a reflection on the movers at all. They did a fantastic job. But the whole business is poorly managed, so I would only consider using them for the smallest and most basic of jobs.

Darius Spillman and Clay really impressed us by getting everything that we owned onto this 26 foot uhaul. It was packed perfectly and safely for the drive. They were also quick and very polite. Thanks guys!

Excellent. We called on Tues and were able to get an appointment for the same Saturday (the contractors will start the renovations Monday after). The 2 man crew, Dave and Maxwell, were excellent. We were not the most organized with what needed to go where but they worked with us moving some things into the garage, others into the 2 unfinished areas in the basement, and the dumpster. It all took 2 hours and the 2 guys were fast and great to work with. We understand from some of our friends that the work can depend on the crew sent. Well, Dave and Maxwell were A+'s and recommended. Thanks for all the help in such short notice.

Wildcat movers graciously allowed me to change my move date from Mon to the prior Fri when I found out I was closing on my house early. Many thanks! Though I was scheduled at the end of the day, my two gentleman movers having worked several jobs already, were professional, pleasant, attentive, and good strong and careful movers. We didn't finish until after 10pm. I can't say enough about Mike J and Jack S for their best efforts in getting me moved without any issues. Thanks so much you two, and Wildcat Movers! Great experience.
