Because we had used Wildcat Moving in the past and were very happy with their work, we hired the company to help with rearranging furniture and heavy items within our multi-story house. Max A. and Cade were very professional, courteous and efficient. I was impressed by the care they took with our things, making sure they didn’t scratch up the walls or damage anything. They worked very quickly and were finished in less than 2 hours. We appreciate their assistance and remain loyal Wildcat Moving customers.

The movers showed up on time and moved diligently until the move was done without one complaint. Kevin and James took care of our stuff like it was their own and I would use them 100 times over!

I hired Wildcat Moving Lexington KY to move a two bedroom apartment and one small storage unit. They did not move items in my storage unit that they stated they had. When I contacted the owner, he kept saying "Let's not get emotional about it." When the "emotional" tactic didn't work, he changed it to "you need to rate the guys who came out by how lazy they were. Then I will dock their pay by how much you think I should". I am not owner nor was I getting paid as the owner to discipline the employees. Since they all lied about moving the items, I decided to ask for the cost of the truck and the cost of my time to move the items. The emails I sent are below and his responses. The one that is particularly upsetting is where he offers me $270 as "hush money" stating that he will only give it to me IF I agree to give away my 1st amendment rights. I am guessing with the tactics he tried on me, most people got upset or frustrated and gave up. I did neither. I have filed a report and review with the BBB and other places where he asked me to leave a review. I have done this so no one has to experience his abusive tone and his manipulation. I have made this public, so please take a moment and share. Again, I don't want anyone else to be in this situation. The photos are of some of the boxes that were left behind and the guys standing around while they were supposed to be working. Here are the email correspondences: Good Morning, I have decided to take a different approach to the refund we deserve. I have calculated what it cost us based on your rates to move the items they said they had moved below, and the cost of the Uhaul truck we were forced to rent. Reimbursed Costs Uhaul $49.56 Working Hours - 2 Workers $495.00 (4.5 hours based on $110.00 per hour) Total Reimbursed Costs $544.56 The total refund I am asking for is $544.56. As stated above, it includes the truck and our time move the items. I believe this to be very reasonable and hope this does not inflict an emotional response from you. Also, this will allow you to do your job rather than me dictate what people deserve to be docked and such. Since I am not the owner of the company, I do not feel like it is my job to do this. I am available to have someone come out to fix the furniture repairs, Sunday, October 28th, 2018 after 1:00pm and Monday, October 29th after 5:30pm. If those times do not work for you, please let me know and I will send a couple more. The situation is a little bit complicated so let’s agree that none of this should be emotional. I’m going to list things out so that we can communicate clearly: 1) The maximum refund that I am willing to give to you is one hour of our time at $200/HR plus the cost of the rental truck. In my opinion, there is no way that the crew wasted more than an hour. The total would be $270 and it would be a courtesy. 2) Sending a crew to finish the job off the clock is a courtesy. 3) Sending a repair tech to touch up the furniture when you didn’t purchase actual value damage coverage is a courtesy. I will need an email (along with your word) stating that you will not disparage my small business on social media or in any other way and that you will delete your previous Facebook statements. In return, I will move forward with the action items previously listed. Please feel free to call me should you like to discuss. You are asking too much. Furthermore, threatening more damage to my reputation if I don’t meet your demands is tantamount to blackmail. Also, the insurance I was told by the driver was .60 center per pound per item up to $60. If you choose not to follow this, please let me know and I will also report it to the BBB and the other outlets that your company asked me to leave a review on your services. As of this moment, I do not have a voice due to being out in the cold off and on moving the boxes with my daughter for 4.5 hours that I was assured was taken care of. In return, I will move forward with the action items previously listed.” I’m sorry that you feel it is necessary to makeup the idea that I am trying to threaten you or blackmail you to get your way. This is an absurd statement. I stated that I would post the facts and photos, like your company asked me to several times. There are no threats in any of the emails that I have sent. They are extremely factual. “Furthermore, threatening more damage to my reputation if I don’t meet your demands is tantamount to blackmail.” Since you have proven through statements in these emails and on the phone that you are not an honest and fair individual and have no concept of customer service, I will copy the emails, mine also, and post the facts on all the sites you asked me too and notify the BBB (including this email). I am more than happy to follow your demands in that aspect. I have had several others who have come forward with similar stories about how you tried to bully them into taking what your idea fair. I believe they will be doing the same so that future movers will be informed about how you handle things when the job is not finished. I will also post what I offered as a fair amount for refund due to the job not being completed. (Several business owners have said this is a very fair compromise). Please let me know when you will be by to weigh the furniture, considering it is reimbursed by the pound. There are several damaged pieces and it will need to be a very large scale. Kevin, Jermaine, Josh H and Brandon R move us in the most professional and efficient way. They saved us a lot of money by wasting no time and practically running back and forth between the house and the truck. I would reccommend to anyone needing to be moved.

Jermaine and Ryan (aka John) were exceptional movers. We had a complex move with a lot of unique elements and they went above and beyond what would be expected. We plan to use Wildcat anytime we need to move. Definitely a awesome experience.

Marquis (Q) and Audi did a fabulous job with my move. They were prompt, friendly, respectful and worked hard. It was a particularly hot day and I wanted to apologize continuously to them for how hard they were working. These guys are great! Hudson & Kendrick moved us out of one home and into the next in no time. They were efficient, careful, polite, and professional. We were so impressed by them and their work ethic - these guys worked HARD! We would definitely recommend Wildcat Moving to our friends/family or use them again ourselves in the future.

This is the second time we've used Wildcat, and we hoped the service would be as good as the first time: it definitely was. This was an extremely hard move-- from a large ranch, to a third floor apartment -- including narrow stairways and very heavy furniture and boxes and boxes of books. Even for young healthy guys, it really was a very hard job. We were so impressed that they never slowed down, even toward the end when they must've been tired. They slogged it out, and remained professional and cheerful 'til the end. We'd use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them highly. Special thanks to Kevin, Adam, and Mason!!! I hired Wildcat Moving to help my college son move into his first apartment. We had multiple pick-ups and drop-offs because I included other small family furniture moves. in spite of the complexity, Quinton and Drew did an awesome job! They listened, handled all furniture with care and handled the moves efficiently. I would definitely consider hiring Wildcat Moving again in the future!

Excellent. Quinton B. and Ryan M. were friendly, on-time, and had great communication. They were great at assessing the rooms we had to move and utilizing the limited space in our storage shed to fit everything in properly. The office was very nice too in scheduling and communicating with us. From start to finish everyone was pleasant and wanted to help, a trait that seems to be not so common these days. I would highly recommend and will use them them again if needed.

This is the first time I used movers and I thought they would do a great job but let me tell you, Sam and Quinten were a God send to be honest. They were careful, had great communication with each other as well as myself, and quick while packing and unpacking the truck. I didn’t realize how organized and careful they packed the truck till we got to the new place. I will ONLY use Wildcat Moving from now on. A great experience all around and well worth the money! I will post this wherever I can.

Great, Dad and I moved the small stuff and Jeremy and Adi from Wildcat Moving did the large stuff. Should up on time, they were fast and efficient and didn't damage anything. The price was reasonable.

Adam D and Nathaniel were right on time and started work as soon as they got here. They were very polite, courteous and pleasant during the moving and never stopped until the job was complete! They are an asset to Wildcat Movers and I plan on requesting them when I need the furniture moved back in place.

Move went very well. We ended up needing a second truck which Wild Cat provided very quickly. Our movers were Tory S., Adi L., Rob J., and Drew M. All 4 were professional, very couterious, and very hard working. It was nice to see that the old fashioned work ethic is alive and well with these young men. Thank you for making this move for us!

We hired Wildcat movers to move some large pieces of furniture from one house to another. The distance between the two houses is less than a mile. I described the pieces on the phone and was told it would be considered a small job 2-4 hours. But would be closer to 2 (maybe under.) i asked if I should hire a third mover and they said two would be fine. I also was told to leave clothing in drawers and it would be moved as a unit. If it was too heavy, the drawers would be removed and put back in at the other location. The morning of the move, two very nice college students arrived. They were clean cut and very polite. After seeing what needed to be moved, they agreed that they it was barely a two hour job and they would be happy to move other things as well since you pay for a minimum of two hours. Due to the fact that this would be a fast move, we asked if the movers would mind adding a few minutes on, That we would pay for, to help a neighbor who found himself in an unfortunate situation. They said it would be no problem. We all helped the neighbor for approximately 15 minutes. Even if you remove 30 minutes for that assistance, the job still took twice the time with nothing assembled on the other side. Everything was removed from the drawers and put on the floor with no communication. (This is something I could have done instead of paying some $120 an hour to do it and boxed it.) There was no communication about things taking longer than expected or difficulty moving items. A head board was scratched, a peg to a bunk bed was broken that holds the upper safety rails on and we have found brackets in our driveway that are needed to assemble the furniture. Eventually, my husband told them just to leave the furniture and we would do it since it took them from 1:30-3:30 to just unload the truck at the new house. The time the estimated the entire job would take. When I called this morning and asked to speak to a manager, I was told I could only speak to the scheduling manager. Seemingly, there was no good time to call the site manager because he is busy helping customers. Interesting. That’s what I thought I was.

Had a easy, smooth move with Jeremy and Kendrick. They showed up promptly at 9:00 am and walked through our current home to formulate a plan for the move. Took apart and reassembled furniture very quickly and efficiently. Overall a great and smooth experience.
