We would not recommend using this builder. Promises were made and never came true. We made our installments (as comtracted), purchased lighting fixtures ($4000 worth) in advance. We were told construction would be started in 2 weeks, home would be finished in 6 months and it didn't happen. Ground breaking didn't start until 3 months (promised 2 weeks to start), by December (which was 5 months into the process) the home wasn't 50 percent completed. Promises, promises, promises. . . never upheld! Never use this builder or deal with Mike Warner. . . if so, you will regret because you will lose a lot of $$ !!! I don't know how someone like this could sleep at night!! TRAGIC!!!

Warner Builders completed renovated the house, built an addition and finished the basement. The quality of the work was excellent, particularly the finishes. Despite their reputation as luxury builder and developer, Warner was the low bidder for our project. They helped us make changes to the architectural plan that saved money for us and did not detract from the aesthetic appeal of the finished product. They also referred us to third party vendors (landscaping, fixtures, etc.) who saved us additional money while providing high quality products and services. The year after their work was completed, we had an issue with the house unrelated to the work they performed. They came out on a Saturday at no cost to help us fix the problem. Two years later we are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to use Warner for future projects.

It was a disaster. It started with house items being removed and sold on Ebay, with no-one accountable. It got worse from there. No one was in-charge, everyone was pointing fingers at everyone else, money was flying out the door, the quality was unacceptable. We were months behind schedule, AND they wouldn't leave when we asked them to. We finally circumvented them, called-in many favors from out-of-town contractors, and finished the project.
