We first called Fayette heating and air to come and see what the problem was, they came out and I told them the exact same thing I told Victory HVAC however they did not correct the issues in the thermostat that I installed improperly and advised me the coil in the fan was damaged. I asked how much this would cost to repair and they advised me I would need a new fan which would run about $800 just for the part. This was on top of the $90 service call I had to pay for them to tell me this. Knowing what I know now this would not have fixed the unit so there would have been additional cost after they replaced a fan that was not damaged. This is a homeowners worst fear as I am not very familiar with HVAC unit. After Fayette heating and air told me this I reached out to Tom from Victory HVAC who was referred to from a friend. Like I said above, Tom came over the same day I had Fayette Heating and air over and was able to tell me the relay was bad in the unit and a replacement was $150. He was able to bypass the relay for the night so we would have air and brought a new one over the next day. I have since called Victory HVAC again to come over and check my other unit when it shut off, $50 later he found the problem and it was fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Victory HVAC and will be using them for any of my HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Tom with Victory HVAC came the same day we called to fix our air conditioner. I changed the thermostats myself and did not do it properly and it was causing the fuse to blow in the unit. Tom listened to exactly what I told him we did and located the problem right away. He was able to get our air working that night and came back the following day to replace the bad relay.

He came out the same day, working around my schedule, to figure out why the air conditioning stopped working. He had the part the next day, due to the time of day he finished inspecting everything to make sure that was the only thing wrong. He came back again, accommodating my schedule, changed out the part and ensured that it was working properly before leaving. Mr. Browning is always very professional and courteous, he is very honest and doesn't overcharge. I would most definitely call him again if I needed services for my air conditioning unit and I would recommend him to all my friends and family!
Description of Work: He replaced the condensation pump on my air conditioning unit the last time he came out. The last time I believe he had to replace the compressor.

Victory HVAC repaired what was needed in the most cost effective manner. I have an older unit of course I was offered a new cost replacement but was not pressured into buying. My options were made clear and pricing was known up front before work was completed. Victory was very professional and completed the work very quickly.
Description of Work: Repaired my HVAC unit compressor and replaced blower motor
