One of the best companies we have had to do work for us. Ian and crew did a super job and cleaned up everything so well. They worked so hard and did a great job. I don't know how they do it. Town Branch has pruned the trees on our farm, as needed for 3 years. The crew is always skilled, friendly, hardworking and professional in their work... staying attentive to each tree's needs as well as the project budget. Scheduling and bookkeeping is also well done.

Their tree service is expert. They do what they say they are going to do. They are reliable.

The trees were removed in one day. They came back a week later and ground the stumps.

It took several weeks for them to come though they were up front about long long it might be. They do excellent work and do a good job cleaning up after the job.

They were very honest with me from the start about which ash trees were worth treating and which might be too far gone and even had another arborist come out for a second opinion on one of the trees that could go either way. So far, all of the treated trees are still living except for one that KU felt was a risk to the neighborhood high-voltage lines. They also have given me a (volume, if I'm remembering correctly) discount on the treatments both times they've come out. As for the pruning and tree removal, they are more expensive than some of the other services I've used, but they have been the most careful and professional and best about cleanup. My next-door neighbor keeps his house and landscaping very tidy, so I always call Town Branch when I need tree service for trees that overhang his house and driveway. There's really no evidence of them being there except for the trees being trimmed. One time they even cleared additional branches off my roof that I had been putting off cleaning myself. I think their service is definitely worth the extra cost when you can afford it.

I wasn't in town during the tree removal, but my friend taking care of my pet said that they were courteous, and professional. When I arrived home, all was cleaned up. I even received an email about damage to a landscaping light that they had caused. The price was the best around, and it was well worth it!

They treated them multiple times at the ideal time of year and the trees are healthy again.

I hope that the fact that we have returned to these folks repeatedly and for a variety of services is testimony to our judgement that they are, "experts" at what they do in every sense of the word. About two years ago we had three hemlocks planted in a row, two thrived and the third gradually died. They honored their warranty without question, Came out to discusswqith me why the tree died and shared some suggestions for a diffferent varilety of tree more suited to that spot. We appreviated the advice, and their willingness to plant another hemlock in the same spot if that was what we wanted.

The work went very well. The crew of 3 showed up on time and started by removing the spruce tree. They were very careful not to let the tree fall in the wrong direction, using ropes to direct the top when it came off. They also used safety gear (helmets and other protection) which I had not noticed in use by other tree services I have used. Removed back yard trees and trimmed the maple, then cleaned up, all iwithin about 3 hours. Came back the next day to grind stumps. The also cut back and ground out about 6 small stumps from some shrubs that were frozen out two years ago at no extra charge. Very satisfied with the quality of work and professional attitudes. Will definitely use again.

The owner came to do the work himself. He cut out some branches and gave advice on what to do to make the tree grow straight up.

Work was done efficiently and to the job request. Area was cleaned up and debris was hauled off.

The job was performed Oct. 2016 and went as planned. We will see what effect the procedure had in the future.

Good result, with nice eye for the shape of the tree and look of the landscape.

The arborist was very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions of how much work was really needed. His main concern was the health of the trees and doing the work that was needed to keep them healthy. Our work was slightly delayed due to several bird's nests and an owl taking up residence in one of the trees - and we were thrilled that the needs of the wildlife that we love were respected. We could not have been happier with the staff, service and work that was done. We will definitely hire them again.

The crew worked very hard and efficiently with neighbors and accomplished more than we expected would be possible. Communication was accurate and timely as was the work done. We uncovered a spring and a small palisade and the area, between Harrods Hill Park and Harrods Hill Recreation Club, looks completely different. The three-person crew was exceptional in both knowledge and execution. We would hire the group back in a New York second.
