excellent. good job. reliable

TLC did my spring cleaning last year so I contacted Cheryl almost two weeks ago to see when she could do it again this year. When I talked to her on May 23, she said she would let me know when she could schedule it. I waited and waited for her to get back with me but nothing so I contacted her again today, June 5, to see when she could schedule my job. She tells me today that she is swamped and cannot work me in!! If she had told me this when I contacted her in the first place, I could have already lined someone else up instead of waiting almost two weeks BUT it probably would be have a lot longer, that is, if she even bothered to contact me at all like she said she would. She does offer to hand me to someone that "might" be able to do it in 4 hours, which is a joke. We're talking a two-story house ceiling to floor spring cleaning and there is no way even two people could get it done in 4 hours if it is done right. Please don't hold your breath waiting on Cheryl to contact you if you've left her a message or she's promised to "get back with you". Such a disappointment and a terrible way to do business.

I have called twice and left my number. Then I went on the company's website and sent an email message. This has been over 4-5 days. No response. Even if they have no openings it would be nice to get some kind of response.

They do a great job

The ladies who come to my house on a weekly basis clean my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, change my sheets, do floors, dust,clean windows when I ask, sweep off my porch and balcony and anything else I ask of them. They clean a total of about 2,000 sq. feet. I love what they do and highly recommend them.
