He's been really great and his prices are very competitive. It's a new business so he's able to offer competitive prices right now. He takes a lot of pride to his work which is what we appreciate about him the most. He's doing the job. He's basically working our house everyday currently while he finishing up all the different projects in our house and he takes a lot of pride. He really kinda owned the work there. He feels like it's his project and he makes everything is done and done well and look good. If they're not, he redoes them. We got other subcontractor working and if they're not good, we don't have to say anything or tell him, he takes care of it. My wife and I don't time to really spend all day long because with everything we're doing. He really takes on all the management out there and make sure that things are not only done but done to a very high quality.
