+ -1 moreWhen I first called him for the estimate he was working in Louisville and said he would call back the next week but I had to call him back. We set up a time on Monday @ 10:30 and I waited until 11:00 and I called to see what happened and he apologized and said he had intended to call me and cancel but had forgotten. He said we could do it on Wednesday but did not say a time and I did not hear from him until the following Monday to say he could come and do the estimate that day but I had told him that I had gone with someone else.
Description of Work: I called him to request an estimate for a custom cabinet.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job on the countertop. He made it fairly quickly, in the amount of time he said it would take and at a price that was better than other estimates I got. In the end, I was very pleased with the product and I found him easy to work with. It looks great! I am glad I went with him and I would certainly use him again in the future.

+ 0 moreFrom start to finish Thomas and team were very professional, organized and clear on what could be delivered within schedule. They start with a consultation visit, then follow-up with an estimate. Once we agreed upon final deliverables, 1/2 of the estimated cost is required to book the job in the schedule. As planned they returned on sit for the final install and final payment.
Description of Work: Thomas Ricci and team do wonderful work! They've built and installed a custom sitting/storage bench for the breakfast area off my kitchen. They integrated the bench with my existing kitchen cabinets. In addition they extended the counter top of my kitchen island and also built a custom walnut breakfast table. Do plan/schedule jobs in advance. Don't shy away from getting the team's advice. They've had a lot of experience which I found resulted in some very creative and unique solutions.
