Description of Work: Cleaned gutters but with high pressure, blew debris into flower beds and gardens. Half=assed at best. Took nearly 1.5 hours to clean out remove gutter debris. Not worth the price for 30 minutes of cleaning.

Description of Work: We had a little trouble scheduling a firm date to replace 2 building's worth of gutters, but when it finally happened, it was at the appointed time, quickly done and high quality work. Lucien worked with us to place downspouts in better locations than the originals. I would certainly use him again.

+ -1 moreHe is excellent. He has two different levels of service. Because we have really high roofs it was one and a quarter. If you have a one story it is far less expensive. But he adds some money for the risk. He removed all the debree from the gutters. He was prompt, personable and goes about his task and gets it done. I have used him before and will use him again.

+ -1 moreHe was very prompt after I called him about coming. When he came out to give me an estimate, the main boss did the job right then instead of having a crew come back out another day. He was very clean when he cleaned out the gutters. He cleaned up after himself, too.

Description of Work: I had an extremely positive experience with this company. I called at the end of the day on Thursday to report that my gutter had pulled away form the house due to high wind, and on Friday morning before 9 am my gutter was fixed. Mr. Lucius was courteous, prompt, and responsive. My gutter looks great and he even guaranteed the work. I would definitely user this company again.

+ -1 moreWe called The Gutter Snipe due to good reviews given via other sources than Angies List. When I spoke to Lucien and explained our problem, he knew exactly what the problem was. As we were in no immediate rush and Lucien was located about 15 miles away, he told us he would call the following week with a time the work would be done. The following week he called as promised, and arrived the same day. He found and repaired some missing drip edge / flashing in the leaking area, cleaned all the gutters and downspouts, some of which were blocked with leaves. He then adjusted all the gutters for proper fit of the drip edges, andjusted the pitch on another section, and installed the requested gutter screens. Lucien is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with his work, and fair pricing and would highly reccommend The Gutter Snipe.
Description of Work: We noticed water creeping along the soffit from a short gutter section on the second floor. It eventually entered one of the windows. We also have several trees near the house and wanted to have the gutters cleaned and screens applied to the gutters to keep falling leaves and debris from clogging them.
