I initially attempted to contact Gutter Snipe through their phone number and received no response to my messages. However, I decided after a few weeks to try again, this time contacting them through their website, and received an almost immediate reply. I was promised that even if the work could not be scheduled within the week, the damaged gutter would be at least taken down. In the event, the work was performed the following Saturday (within the week). The result looks good and has performed well in the storms we've had since.

Work took 4 days. Most of the time 4 men worked on job. Site was cleaned up every day. One downspout extension was added one day later. We are very satisfied.

Not much to say. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would do - all for a reasonable cost. I'm happy

Price was OK and initial service timely but gutter at one location remained clogged. There also was a lot of debris on the siding beneath the gutters on both sides of house that appeared to have splashed out. To be fair they were really bad to begin with. When I attempted to contact him I did not get a reply. I tried 3 times before I reached him and when I explained the problem he was quite agitated, defensive and used a very angry voice and tone. Not a professional response at all. He said he would check it out but I never heard back from him after that.

This (spring) is a pretty busy time of the year for gutter repair. Called a few places and wait times were a couple weeks in most places and we were able to get the repair guys here in a week. Lucien did the estimate same day we called and was easy to negotiate with to come up with an affordable solution to half a gutter hanging from the house! Initially here were a few miscommunications on when the work would be done, but once we got that ironed out everything went smooth. My wife was very happy with the work and felt comfortable with the guys who did the work. Overall great job -- 100% satisfaction!

Mr Moody was able to get the job done on very short notice before we went on vacation. Quick response, no non-sense, effective. Definite positive experience.

They arrived on time prepared for the job, did the work in a very efficient manner, answered all of our questions and charged the estimated amount. Lucien promptly returned calls and work was completed within 7 days of our initial call. We were very satisfied with the services and promptness of communications!

As far as I know, it went well. I wasn't home when they came but the gutters appear clean and the downspouts are draining well. They cleaned all leaves from the roof and left no messes for me to clean up. Did an excellent job. I would use them again.

They are quick to respond and they are very efficient.
