Description of Work: Some of our gutter had come loose in both front and back during the torrential rains of early spring this year. Gutters were pulling away from the house and hanging down a little. They fixed it. Took awhile for them to come after contacting but that was because they had had so many similar calls but they told me that was the case when I first contacted.

Description of Work: A large piece of gutter was very loose in the front of our house and several pieces in the back were getting there. I called, he came out the next day as promised, fixed the issues, and inspected the remainder of the gutter to be sure there were no additional surprises. I was very pleased and have recommended him to others in the neighborhood! He's definitely my go to person for all things gutter related!

Description of Work: Removed inefficient 5" gutters and put in 6" gutter. Had a drip coming from spout 10/2014. Owner returned calls immediately and came out within a couple of days to repair. I'm very happy with this company's service.

Description of Work: Absolutlely Nothing!!! I sent him an email through this site to obtain a bid to replace my gutters and downspouts starting in April. He called and left a message for me to call him, and I did but no response. I called several times and no response at all. Then I tried again in June, he emailed me asking for my address, I haven't heard from him since.

Description of Work: Mr. Moody returned my call within a day and gave an estimate over the phone. I had two homes needing service and he worked us in within a few days as he was going to be in the area. My only issues were that 1) the crud blown out of the gutters flew all over my landscape for which I had to spend considerable time picking up - ugh! 2) I found extra pieces of gutter-guard that must have blown off the roof into the landscape that I was charged for and 3)He wanted the check made out to him rather than the company name. If I need similar services in the future I would consider Lucien Moody (a.k.a. Gutter Snipe) again.
