Lucien Moody (Gutter Snipe) is efficient and responsive, and true to his word. If he says he will be there a certain day or time, he will show up as scheduled - and unlike his home improvement contemporaries out there, if he is delayed for some particular reason he will let you know proactively with updated information.

He couldn't make it when we initially planned the service, but called us in advance and had a good reason so that wasn't a problem. We didn't have to be home for the service, so that was really convenient. He did a good job, and even cleaned up some leaves from the driveway that didn't come from the gutters. We were really pleased and would use him again.

Materials and installation were very good. There were some delays before the project could begin due to weather. I have some issue with where the water drains but that may have been unavoidable due to the roof line. It is worth noting. I found this contractor in the yellow pages initally and made a couple of calls. There was no follow-up after the initial conversation. I tried again, through ServiceMagic, based on your recommendation. The response was prompt and everything proceeded uneventfully. You apparently impacted our ability to get the job done.
