Carlo was extremely through in his inspection and found a number items that needed repaired even though it was a new constructed home. He is very attentive to the clients needs and special requests. I was very comfortable after the inspection. I brought each item to the attention of the builder for correction, so his work was very worthwhile. We will use no other inspector in the future as I believe I found the best in Talon Inspections.

Mr. Barone did an outstanding job. The home inspection was thorough and comprehensive. The 143 page report documented each finding with detailed descriptions, photographs and explanatory diagrams. Some findings were documented with videos as well. All of my questions were answered promptly, professionally and with courtesy. Mr. Barone's inspection identified some major problems with the HVAC, the crawlspace sump pump, and with water penetration into the crawlspace. These were issues I would have had to fix at some expense had they not been identified at the inspection. I consider Mr. Barone's inspection money well spent. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. I will certainly be hiring him again for my next home inspection.

Carlo was very responsive to all forms of communication and performed the inspection on the date and time proposed as expected. Overall I was very satisfied with his level of attention to detail in the inspection itself, in his willingness and ability to explain to me in layman's terms issues that were found, and categorizing these issues as needed repairs vs possible issues in the future vs simple notifications. The report itself was returned promptly within about 48hrs in easily accessible online format. At the end of the inspection, Carlo gave me a book going over typical home maintenance and explaining many of the issues that came up in the inspection which was a nice touch.

He also educated us on potential problems to look for in the future and what to do about them. His price was based on the square footage of the house and the fact that it had a basement. Definitely worth it!

We selected Carlo (Talon Home Inspections) to conduct a pre-contract home inspection for us. We were VERY impressed with Carlo. His dedication and time spent on the inspection, his findings, professionalism, and attention to detail were OUTSTANDING. The home inspection went very well. Mr. Buono immediately responded to my initial inquiry and was very prompt to arrive at our scheduled inspection time. Inspection was for a new home construction. Unlike previous home inspections I've had, Carlo was completely thorough in his work and spent a lot of time making sure we understood the explanations of his repairs/recommendations. Price is competitive, but I believe it's worth it. Will definitely use him again.

Carlo did a great job of explaining the process that he follows and what we should expect. He accurately estimate the amount of time the inspection would take. He took time to explain the details of everything he found during the inspection, rather than just handing us a report, and made recommendations concerning which items we should address now or in the future. He spent more time than I expected conducting the inspection and went into much more detail than other inspectors that I've used before, which made me feel confident that he had not overlooked something important.
