BEWARE of Synergy Home, LLC!! We paid our one-half deposit in October 2018 - over 1 year ago - for installation of solar panels/micro-inverters, radon fan, water heater, and insulation. NO WORK was ever even started, and the owner HAS REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY, even refusing to honor his commitment to abide by the BBB's arbitration decision. We are left with no recourse but civil and/or criminal prosecution. If I could leave a minus star review I would. You do NOT want to do business with this company.

Excellent. The technician, Jake G., checked the entire system, found and corrected some miswired connections, and advised us to run the circulating fan continuously. In the month since his visit, we have done so and experienced more comfort at floor level, less noise, and we are very satisfied. Jake is quite competent, and professional, and a gentleman. Being in an older home there were several logistics to work out and Jason and Gary did a great job figuring out what had to be done. They were both friendly, informative and obviously well trained for this job.

Jamie visited our home after I had performed my own radon test. He made recommendations which involved installing a fan to pull a vacuum from under our basement floor thorough the existing drainage. This method did not work because of pulling too much fresh air through the drainage system exposed to the atmosphere. When that did not lower the level of the radon, Jamie suggested a more efficient method of pulling a vacuum from under the slab. Although the second try involved additional visits and labor, Jamie did not charge more for the additional work. Today, the test results indicate that the radon level is well below the critical level. Jamie's professionalism and dedication was evident as he, Jason, and Todd solved our radon issue. We made the right choice by calling Synergy Home.

Matt M. came to my home and worked on my Heat Pump in the freezing cold and did not stop until he had found out what the issue was and fixed it. There was a short in the system and Matt patiently one by one worked with every single wire in my outdoor adn indoor unit going back and forth between the outside unit and my attic on my third floor until he found trhe problem. He must haev made 50 trips back adn forth. His preofessionalism, patience, and expertise of the to fix the problem is why i will now continue to call Synergy for my Heating and Cooling issues. I was so impressed with Matt's friendlieness and knowledge that i will highly reccomend not only Synergy but Matt M. for job. I live in Richmond, KY and Synergy is now who is the company i will call when i have a problem or need to replace or service my equipment. Thank you for the incredible customer service and the work that you did to fix our heating problem in a time of need during this cold weather. Synergy is #1 among Lexington in my eyes. Jamie was great to work with and was able to quickly remediate the radon issues at my house. Todd and Austin who installed the system were courteous, prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Not well; tech was OK but the whole experience was sleazy

Jamie promised to install a state of the art geothermal. He promised a 5 year payback based on energy performance. After the first estimate he doubled what he said the install would cost. I agreed and paid him 1/2 up front, $27,000+.. He started the work around April 25th. He promised a completed install in 2 days. First, he said he couldn't get the system working because the attic was hot and he didn't expect it would be. Then, when the HVAC still didn't work he called in the HVAC representative who told him there wasn't enough insulation in the attic (some areas had none). Both of these issues he should have been aware of and should have been covered in the basic install. I paid for and installed my own attic fan. I paid for and installed insulation. The HVAC still didn't work and his workers/install had damaged my building. Jamie insisted that I paid in full for the install because he had installed equipment. I explained the equipment did me no good because the system still didn't work. I told him if he gave me a working system I'd love to pay him. 5 months later we still didn't have a working system and I finally gave him a deadline to get the system finished by, 9/30/16. The last day of the deadline my staff pointed out to him that one of the zones didn't even have a thermostat. When the system wasn't working by the deadline i asked him to remove the system and give me a refund. Jamie was unable to give us a working HVAC. He is unwilling to remove his unit so we can move forward with another installer. My staff, business and finances have suffered due to his actions.

Chris and Corey were very great to work with. They showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule and clean up all of their mess. I can't thank Jamie and his team at Synergy Home enough for replacing our furnace so quickly.

Acceptable but not exceptional.

Everything was done well, on time and efficiently as promised. Half a day to do complete install.

They are very knowledgeable and honest. I would use them again in the future.

David comes when we call and doen not do anything that is unnecessary. He is honest and does good work and charges reasonable prices. What more could you want.
