Jaren was wonderful! Came the day I called him for a quote, understood the job very well and knew how to fix our problem, and was able to do it all in 1 day just 3 days later. He kept his price (no last minute charges), was very informative, and really did a quality job. He was installing gutter drains underground. Now there is no more water draining next to our foundation! Would highly recommend.

He installed a drainage system in my driveway and trenched and laid piping to help alleviate water issues in my driveway. Jaren and Arnulfo worked tirelessly and even jackhammered through some unexpected rock he and re-used that rock in an erosion-prone area to help keep my yard from washing out. Jaren and his crew built a beautiful new fence for us. Not only was I thrilled with the results, I was very happy with the experience as well. Jaren is very conscientious, attentive to detail, and was extremely considerate of our neighbors, our property, and our time. He always responded quickly to my calls and texts. He regularly made sure I was happy with the work being performed and walked the fence with me at the end of the day to point out specific things they had done. I appreciated that he always explained the plan for the next day and welcomed my input. Jaren personally introduced himself and gave his card to the neighbors on all sides of the fence in case they had questions or concerns. Simply put, my experience indicates that he is a good, trustworthy, honest man who does top notch, quality work. I have other landscaping projects planned and I intend on calling him. Our yard is oddly and artificially elevated from our neighbor s and our old, rotting fence was the only thing keeping an avalanche of dirt from spilling onto her property. I knew that if we just replaced the fence as it stood, the wood would rot prematurely from prolonged contact with the soil. We also could not rebuild the fence on the elevated ground surface because erosion would eventually destroy it or leave a giant gap under the fence. No other fence contractor that we received estimates from addressed this issue except for Jaren. In the long run, he saved us several hundred dollars, if not more, by doing the job right the first time and leveling the ground. We also have a large, old tree that sits in the middle of the property line. As the tree grew, it had pushed into the old fence (neither good for the health of the tree or the fence). I was skeptical as to what could be done to protect the tree, maintain an enclosed yard, and look aesthetically pleasing. In order to abide by legal requirements regarding property lines, Jaren built the fence up to either side of the tree, cut the pickets to follow the contour of the trunk, and reinforced both sides of the fence with a rebar post. I was wary when he described that plan but it actually looks fantastic. As the tree grows, we will just pop off or shave back a picket. We also had several trees that needed to be cut down. I was so impressed with their work on the fence that I asked Jaren if he and the crew could take care of the trees and grind down the stumps, which they did. Some specific things that I appreciated: 1) he angled the top of the fence posts so that the water runs down and doesn t settle on the top, causing rot. 2) When everything was finished, he put straw and grass seed down where the stumps had been taken out and where the old fence posts had been dug up. 3) Although we have a privacy fence, he allowed enough space between pickets to allow for expansion during the summer heat and humidity so the pickets don t buckle. 4) The pickets are just slightly off the ground so that they aren t in contact with the soil and rot. 5) He used thicker posts on either side of our wide gate to support their weight.

Jaren and his team did an excellent job trimming back an overgrown hedge in my property. He provided an estimate quickly, accomplished the work in a timely manner and removed all the debris from my yard. My neighbors are very pleased as well. I will definitely reach out to him for my next project! I enthusiastically recommend his work.

Jaren is extremely responsible and experienced. He is friendly and easy to work with. He totally cleaned our fence and backyard and removed all poison ivy and other plants. If I need, I'll hire him again.

Jaren did an excellent job on landscaping our yard. I found him to be very knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Landscaping was a major part of this project but it involved more.. Essentially, I had a ravine that split my property in two, that served as a path for storm drain water to move towards the property detention area. The ravine was up to 7 feet deep making it impossible to mow and maintain. I wanted to extend the storm drain corrugated pipe 120 feet and cover it with dirt than plant grass. This project included relocating the head wall of the storm drain to meet county codes. Jaren moved 15 truckloads of dirt while re-grading the property to ensure proper surface draining. He then planted grass seed and meticulously laid straw. He worked in 97 degree heat virtually non-stop wanting to finish the job before the next projected rainfall. Jaren worked with his brother Josiah and another contracted worker. The 3 were excellent. They were polite, professional and willing to answer any stupid question I had. My plan is to continue using Summer Breeze Landscaping & Lawn care to do all of my future landscaping needs.

Jaren Robey and the people that work with him are wonderful. What I needed was quite a bit of stump removal. Jaren first came and cleaned up my yard to prepare for the stump removal. Then he came on a rainy day and worked from morning till late afternoon until all of the stumps had been removed. Then he seeded and put straw down to make sure that everything would look good. He went over the top to make my experience great. I will have him back to help me keep my yard looking good. Hire him, you will not be disappointed.
