Very well. We were able to select how we wanted the template on the granite slab and they provided guidance on how to best match the pieces. Installation was done when promised and looked great. We discovered some minor blemishes after installationand they came back within a day to correct these to our satisfaction.

We sent more than $20,000 in granite for our townhome remodel and assumed that all pieces would be aligned. Not so.

I am a local re-modeler , and we have a large selection of granite resources in our area. I have used many and and have had my share challenges, weather it be in design, selection, cost, time, quality of work or install. I know i have shared my bad experiences in the past and felt it was only fair to report a good one. I decided to use Sucasa after seeing there work at one of the remodel showcases here in town I called them and set up a time for my client Mrs. T to visit there showroom. I tagged along. DeeDee was in the showroom and did a great job qualifying Mrs T's wants and needs. After viewing the selections in the showroom and narrowing the selection to a few we traveled around the corner to their fabrication facility. There we viewed there large selection of available slabs. We selected a white carrera looking quartz slab (to get the marble look and the durability of quartz) for her kitchen. I estimated the dimensions with a sketch I brought along, and they provided Mrs. T with a cost estimate that fit her budget We then scheduled a template appointment at her home. In a few days Charlie came out to template, I couldn't meet him but he called me with a few questions and in a few hours had completed his templates. We ordered an under mount sink on line and when it arrived I dropped it off to David at the slab shop. (i think Sucasa also has sinks) The following week we were on the install schedule. A few days before the install Sucasa called to get the all clear, and give us a window of between 9-11 am for arrival. The night before I removed Mrs T existing sink, counter-tops and leveled her cabinets (she had Formica previously and the cabinets don't have to be perfectly flat as they do with granite) the morning of march 23 , Sucasa arrived at 930. the large peninsula piece was done with out a seam. The tops look great. I give a thumbs up to Sucasa, it is great to work with people who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. I will use them again next time.

Terrible! Insufficient quartz ordered and initial slab was defective. Julia, the owner, told me more was being ordered to replace vanity top, which had already been fabricated and installed when defects were noticed. I was strung along for weeks, was called twice to schedule installation of the new material then cancelled, because they had never actually ordered anything. My plumber and contractors were rescheduled multiple times due to their erratic, error prone communications. They lied and contradicted themselves repeatedly. David, the owner, never ever once responded to my emails and calls requesting to speak to him. It took three visits to my house to drill standard holes for tub deck and they ultimately refused to finish the job to cut a new vanity to replace defective one. I had to find another fabricator. Highly unprofessional and unscrupulous!

I was looking for a particular type of granite floor tile which was not available. I asked David about another tile which he said he would have to call about but that he would get back to me after the weekend. I never heard back from him. I guess business was so good that they can just blow off their customers!
