Stooges Lawn Care

Robert did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional. Our flower bed is vastly improved and I was very pleased with the service he provided. We will call him again.

Robert (owner of Stooges Lawn Care) has been taking care of my lawn since the spring. He mows as needed and charges $30 to mow and weed eat the lawn. He cuts the grass beautifully and always with a care for what is best for the lawn. My backyard was in pretty rough shape, with a lot of bare spots that got muddy in the rain. Although other services advised I wait until September, Robert said he could grow the grass if I would take care to water it. He studied the lawn, chose the right seed for shade/sun spots, and even staked out one struggling section to keep my Belgian Shepherd off the grass until the roots were stronger. He applied topsoil and fertilizer where he planted the seed. The lawn began to thicken up and the grass is growing nicely and it is only the end of May. Even better -- I asked Robert if he would put mulch around the trees and side areas -- he said yes, and it was fine that I wanted black not brown. Then he said he had a landscaping idea that would pull the backyard together, so I said go ahead. The results are astounding. My rough and messy backyard looks like something out of Home & Gardens, with mulched areas beautifully laid out, stepping stones, a few new plants, and the bushes nicely trimmed back. It feels like a beautiful backyard sanctuary. He dug out the areas for the mulch, got rid of the weeds, and did all the right prep work before he began.He charged me $300 for the entire job including the mulch. He worked hard and he has a wonderful eye for landscaping. I thought it would be years before my backyard would look this beautiful but Robert got the grass growing, and the landscaping done, and took care of it as if it were his own lawn.
