Drew and Freddy each did excellent work. Both were very professional and courteous. Replaced Capacitor, Fan Motor, and Blade.

Great. I was out of town on vacation and had left my animals home with a pet sitter checking in on them. When checking on them around 230p it appeared the A/C wasn't working. This happened to be during the week of 90+ degrees temperature and on a Friday of all days. I called Stewart immediately and they agreed to do an after hours call. I could not be more grateful to them for doing this. I thought for sure it was going to be Monday at the earliest that I could get someone to come look at it. Being 10+ hours away I felt helpless. By the time the sitter checked back in around 900p the A/C was back on and house had cooled. I am so thankful for Stewart and will continue to use them for any service that I need.

The service was fine, they did a good job. They came out a few days after I purchased the service. They charged only $55. It was my first time using them. They were prompt, efficient and honest. I would use them again.

We lost our downstairs heat after the "great deluge" of 10-plus inches over a 24-hour period. We called and someone came out that day (we have a maintenance agreement which gives one priority). Could not do work because 6 inches of water in our "crouchable" crawl space. Came back 2 days later and still not able to access. Came back third time and found breaker needed to be replaced. This charge also reasonable. Then discovered the condensate pump problem. I got a price from the office immediately and arranged for that to be installed. They came with an idea and equipment to elevate the pump off of the ground in case of future water issues. All the techs were professional (only two different ones came, so they were familiar with the problem and didn't require explaining over again) and extremely nice. No one was impatient because of the numerous calls and the office worked with me on times around my own work schedule. Everyone at the company acted as if they really cared that my problem be fixed and I was not just a vehicle for earning a living. We have used them before, will continue to use and would highly recommend. Also recommend maintenance contract.

I have been able to use the big deal from Stewart Air Conditioning & Heating. The cost was the cost of the big deal which is 49 dollars. My experience with them was great. They were perfect. I would give them whatever the highest rating is across the board.

I had an excellent experience with them. They came out during a huge snowfall here. When other companies couldn't get out, they came out promptly. They were clean and neat with their work, because there was snow everywhere and it was muddy. It cost what they told us it would.

Stewart AC & Heating had great customer service. My heater went out and I was able to get next day appointment. Tom was early to the appointment, he answered all my questions and explained things well. I would definitely use this company again! Price seemed reasonable.

We noticed our furnace was no longer heating the house on Sunday evening, so I called the office around 8:30pm and left a message. J. called from the office at 8:15am Monday morning to let me know a technician could come over between 10:30 and 11 am that same day, then she called again around 9:45 to ask if he could come early since he had finished his previous job. Freddy came at 10 and was able to quickly diagnose our furnace problem as a malfunctioning gas valve. He also made sure first that the problem was not with the gas at the outside connection, and also let me know about a vent in the attic that would need repair before summer. The replacement gas valve was not in stock at their office that day, so he ordered it via UPS, and after it arrived at their office around noon the next day, J. called to let me know that Freddy could come over between 2 and 4, then called just before 2 to let me know he was on his way. Freddy arrived at 2:05, went right to the attic and replaced the valve. The price was exactly what he told me it would be the day before, and I was able to use a coupon from Angie's List as well. He recommended that even though our unit is as old as our house, about 18 years, that since it was working properly we should continue to repair it when problems came up until it either failed entirely or the repairs began to rival the cost of replacement. I appreciated this since another company came by 3 years ago and told us it could go at any time and we should replace it right away, and even had their price list and glossy brochure in hand without having to go back out to their truck. Instead, Freddy and I talked about the cost of replacement only after I asked about it, and he took the extra time to look at the outside A/C unit and discuss the pros and cons of different systems as they relate to our house and furnace location. We've used them three times over the past 3-5 years and have been very pleased every time. J. and Freddy are both professional, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. We have happily recommended Stewart A/C and Heating to friends and relatives and will continue to do so.

They phoned and told me their repairman was on his way. The technician got to my house before I was able to get here and he was parked out front waiting for me. Can you imagine that? He didn't just drive off and leave me hanging but waited for me to get here (which I think was only a few minutes). As happens, the problem I was hearing the day before had stopped but Drew pulled the furnace apart to examine where the problem could be. In the end, we decided it was probably just making some age-related noises (don't we all) and it was nothing to be concerned with. He cleaned and inspected the rest of the furnace and that was it. The interactions all felt professional and despite not needing a repair, I felt like I got good value for money. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up the day we called them within a few hours and figured out the problem immediately. Told us what it would cost and headed out to get the parts. This is the third time we've used them and they are fantastic. Friendly, professional, reasonable prices. Will only use them for heating/air.

Technician arrived and after explaining problem he was able to tell me what the problem was He repaired the problem within minutes and was able to show me where to look in the future if this reoccurred and I could fix it myself. Friendly technician and knowledgeable of his job.

Technicians arrived exactly on time. They were neatly groomed and neatly dressed. The job took several hours. They were friendly and quiet. We have used this company in the past for repairs as well as the replacement of another AC unit with excellent results.

Both units weren't cooling. I called the business in the late afternoon in the middle of a heat wave and had an appointment at 10 the next morning. (Thank you Susan). The technician came to the house a little early. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and found another potentially harmful problem (circuit board had shorted out). Had been dealing with another issue for over two years (leaking freon) which required multiple visits from another service. The technician found the leak and soldered it, solving the problem. The price I think was fair. The freon cost $75 dollars/pound (the unit was empty-so that was the bulk of the bill). The service charge was $114 (two units) BUT considering everything the technician did, it probably saved me thousands. (Other providers were telling me I would have to replace the units which turned out to be operational). The technician was friendly, professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He did not leave until all my questions were answered. I would recommend this service to friends/family. I will use them in the future.

Problem was fixed during the initial visit but we experienced a similar issue a few weeks later, and Stewarts returned at no charge to assess the situation. I was pleased with the promptness of service and courtesy of everyone I dealt with. Would definitely use again, including when we need a new HVAC somewhere down the line.

Very responsive and punctual. Was able to come the same day I called and gave detailed analysis of the problem and possible solutions, including replacing the unit, which I am not interested in doing at this time. Overall I felt good about the service call and would use this company again.
