Description of Work: I had a problem with the ac fan. It was corrected quickly. Drew was very professional and solved the problem quickly. I had made a simple mistake that made me feel like an idiot. He assured me that many people did the same thing and was very sympathetic.

Description of Work: I called them for a second opinion after another hvac company told us one of our units was low and it would be $1000 minimum to test and we might have to replace the whole unit ($5000). The repairman tested the unit and showed me that we were well within the range it should be based an manufacturers spec. Saved us a lot!

Description of Work: We called because our AC couldn't keep up. We feared needing a new AC unit. Our repairman, Drew, was fantastic. Replaced a single part for less than $150 and explained everything. We will absolutely use Stewart AC again!!

Description of Work: I bought a furnace tune-up from Angie's list, but they came and checked the A/C assuming I wanted a preseason tune up on it. After he checked the A/C I told him I had actually ordered the furnace tune up and he did that at no additional charge.

Description of Work: We've had issues with other HVAC companies in Lexington. They would never show up when scheduled. Called Stewart and they showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We were expecting to have to replace the unit, but instead they performed maintenance and got the unit running great.

+ 0 moreWe had other companies that were not able to find the problem. Stuart Air fully analyzed and discovered it was the duct work. After fixing it, our air has worked great ever since. Stuart Air was on time and reliable as well as good at cleaning up. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
Description of Work: Stuart Air Conditioning & Heating restructured the duct work because the existing ducts were too small. They were not cooling our 2200 square foot house enough.
