Description of Work: Mr. Rice conducted a whole-house asbestos inspection.

Description of Work: Mr. Rice performed both radon and mold testing of a home we intended to purchase. Mr. Rice was very punctual, thorough and professional in his testing of the home. One of the reasons we selected Mr. Rice was because he does not also provide mold remediation services and we wanted to be certain we would receive an unbiased opinion should any issues arise in the home. During Mr. Rice's inspection he did discover mold and provided his opinion on the sources of potential water intrusion. His reports provided us with the information we needed to assess whether to proceed with the purchase of the home. I will certainly use Mr. Rice again for mold and/or radon testing.

Description of Work: Mr. Rice performed mold and moisture evaluations for us in Lexington. He thoroughly inspected the property, then walked with us to each area of concern to discuss the issues along with suggestions for remedies including approximate costs for addressing the concerns or issues. His expertise, knowledge and professionalism increased our knowledge as home buyers. We highly recommend calling an expert when allergies, asthma, and suspected mold may be an issue when you are purchasing your home.
