I am sorry to (removed member name), but I do not recall ever being contacted by him. The extreme cold of these past few weeks has had my phone ringing off the hook. I take pride in returning phone calls promptly. As I am only one person, sometimes things get lost in the shuffle or people's problems have to be prioritized. Midway is not in my service area, but I do make special arrangements for good customers. Again, not sure I have ever spoken to this person. Thx.

I've used them probably four times. This is basically one guy and I like him a lot. He is very honest and reasonable. He is not trying to make money off of me. He is good about getting back.

We discovered wetness on a cinder block wall. Further investigation led to discovery of mold in closet. Wall contained plumbing, including hot and cold water feeds. Donnie removed a small section of drywall in the closet, and quickly found the leak. He replaced the leaking joints, and gave advice on drying the wall area. Very fast and efficient. Good job!
Description of Work: Repaired hot water line from water heater to rest of house that was leaking inside a wall.

Owner and operator Donny Smith did the work with the assistance of his brother and another employee. He was very thorough--estimate was itemized and a contract was signed for the work. He completed the project very well in a professional and timely fashion. We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to use his company for future jobs.
Description of Work: Regraded side of house and installed drain pipe for improved drainage. Rerouted sump pump drainage and installed additional drainage pipe to drain gutters away from the house.

Once again I hired someone to repair one of our contractor's and his subcontractor's problems. Our builder refused to look into this problem. He had disregarded our complaints during the first year of warranty as well as the next seven years because he said we passed inspection. There was no way the inspector in office at that time could have inspected our system. Because. Upon uncovering the line from the house you could see that it was not straight, but sloping downward from the septic tank so that anything going through the pipe was having to travel up hill to get there. The pipe, and the clean-out, did not meet code. A 3-inch pipe had been installed from the house to the tank as well as for the clean-out. Both were supposed to have been 4" pipe, and, the clean-out, which should be 2 feet above ground, was found 2 feet BELOW it. We did not even know we had one! Also, our system uses a pump so we have an electric box in the yard. When we moved in I had asked the contractor about the box; I had asked if it was going to be replaced because it was obviously not waterproof and the outlet was sitting just above the mud, with a wooden top that you had to watch out for when mowing as it was not flush with the ground. When it rained very much the box would fill up with water and our outlets would be underwater. We were told that this was normal. It is not. I now have, thanks to Donny Wilson, a sealed, ground level, box for the septic pump's electric unit.
Description of Work: Determined the cause of several years of problems with our home's plumbing system by uncovering the septic tank system and the line from the house to the tank and then "shooting the grade" to ensure proper setting. While the "grade" was OK, the line from the house to the tank looked like a roller coaster, and at only 3." It was not code. To make matters worse, the porch that our contractor had built, had dug a hole and set a post directly on this same 3" line and then poured a concrete footer poured around it as well. Where this had taken place, the pipe had only about an inch or so of clearance for waste to pass, causing the line to block until a commode would overflow and by plunging it, we were forcing the blockage to pass through the line to the septic tank. We have a state inspection sticker, but there is no way our home should have legally passed. Donny Wilson replaced the line and the clean out from the house to the tank with 4" pipe (code) and we now have a clean-out that is above ground at the appropriate height. Also, he installed a solid pipe, ran our downspout extensions underground and tied them into this the solid pipeline, they then buried it in a nearly 100 ft. long ditch they had dug out to give the water an outlet. Replaced non-code electric plug box with one that is code. Donny's brother Wyatt Wilson, came back the next day and covered everything up and graded and sloped the yard to benefit water drainage.

Initially was called out to repair a broken gas line and we decided to hire them to do all of our plumbing. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They advised us every step of the way as to what they were doing and advised us if and changes needed to be made. They cleaned up after themselves and their work was very well done and thought out. We would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Installed all sewer and drain pipes, vent stacks, water lines, septic tank connections in new construction project.
