My carpet was cleaned and repaired beautifully. The specialist dyed his own thread to match the original carpet so the repairs are not noticeable at all. He attended to detail with remarkable care and his work was of the highest standard. Although the cost is high, the quality of the work was exceptional.

Ted did a fantastic job. He removed stains from my father's carpet that had been there for years and that I didn't think would come out. He did the same at our house, when we were preparing to put our's on the market. His method dries quickly, and the light, fresh scent is very pleasant. Ted is enjoyable to work with. We were tremendously pleased with his work, work ethic, and his professionalism. We will highly recommend him to all our friends, family and contacts.

Originally we had set an earlier date, but when I had to change that for unexpected reasons, Ted was very accommodating. He arrived promptly on the changed date and immediately went to work. I had prepared both rooms by moving out all small furniture and vacuuming well. Ted asked if I'd be offended if he re-vacuumed with his vacuum cleaner, and I said of course not; later I asked to see what he'd been able to pick up, and there was indeed a bit of pet hair and dirt. The carpets dried quickly--within an hour or two at most--and they looked brand-new, which is amazing considering their heavy use and staining. I might note that three of the four carpets are light in color and show everything. Although the price for this job was somewhat higher than the charges of three other companies I'd dealt with in the past, Ted was the only person on Angie's List willing to come to our house, which is about 45 miles from Lexington. Also, his offer was not promoted as a "big deal," for which I'd paid the previous companies about $150 for cleaning these same carpets. Overall, I decided that the outstanding quality of his work justifies the higher cost. While he was here, I asked about cleaning several of our old Oriental rugs, and he recommended an experienced person from the Middle East with whom he has worked closely for about ten years. I will soon be corresponding with that person about repairing and cleaning one of the rugs.

Ted Borecki is one of the nicest professionals who's ever worked for us! He explained each process as he cleaned, described the materials he uses, and was even tolerant of our overly-friendly dog! Due to a medical procedure my husband is undergoing, an especially good cleaning was what was needed, and it's what we got--for a good price, and in a timely manner. We'll call him again.

I have had Ted Borecki, owner of Simply Clean into my townhouse on at least 2 occasions. I was totally satisfied each time. He was punctual, professional and the carpet cleaned well, removing several different stains. the carpet was not left wet at all, but simply milldly damp. I will contiunue to call on Simply Clean each time my carpet needs to be cleaned.

The owner himself, Ted Borecki, came out to clean my carpets. The carpets were in good shape, but I wanted to get them professionally cleaned, for my "fresh start." He was very professional, yet extremely personable throughout the whole process. He explained what he was doing, how it worked and why, and was very thorough in his work. He took his time and made sure everything looked wonderful. I've used several different companies in the past and this was by FAR the best job and nicest owner/operator I'd ever met. If you are considering getting your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend you look no further. Ted Borecki (Simply Clean Carpet Care) is the best you'll find.

Did great. The largest, most used carpet. We assumed, we would have to replace it with new. Not anymore. Looks new.
