Description of Work: Super service in cleaning one huge area (two rooms). He even touched up small hallway for us.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpet in our upstairs. Did a great job. Brought up a lot of dirt I would never have thought was there. They made an old carpet look new again.

Description of Work: Was able to schedule an appointment within 5 days of first phone call. Very courteous and was early for appointment. Cleaned carpets in 5 areas very efficiently within a couple of hours. Carpet is quite worn, but looked almost new when cleaning was finished. He took the extra time to raise the pile and vacuum prior to cleaning. Carpet was cleaned without excessive water saturation and was dry within an hour. Even provided some solution for spot cleaning. Was pleased that the solution is an all natural cleaner that also is a disinfectant. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Description of Work: This carpet care provider has done the best job of cleaning our carpets than any other provider we have used in the past. His chemical process left our carpet dry, clean, and soft again. It looked like the carpet was replaced instead of just cleaned. He was an excellent resource for continuing care of our carpets.

Description of Work: He was very responsive in communicating and showed up ready to work the day of. We had 7 rooms cleaned, and the carpet looks great! Ted was very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Ted cleaned carpet in three rooms plus walking closet and hallway on the second floor and also carpet in large area of our finished basement and 15 stairs leading to it. He fully explained each step he took and the benefits of doing each. He called on the way so we would know he was coming and when he would arrive. All work was done timely and neatly. Our carpets dried quickly and were cleaned very well. We will definitely call and use Simply Clean again.

Description of Work: Ted Borecki, the owner of this carpet cleaning company came himself and cleaned several carpeted rooms of our home and did a very good job. Some areas were heavily soiled, but he was able to remove nearly all the dirt. His unique method of carpet cleaning left less moisture in the carpet than other steam cleaners I've used in the past and my carpets were all dry in less than 2 hours. He was friendly and very professional.

His quote over the phone was the same as his quote once he had seen the rooms to be cleaned.
