TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HARDSCAPE!!! We hired Sharp Lawn to do hardscape around our pool. It has been a disaster since the beginning. They sent two guys out here who had NO IDEA what they were doing. After many calls to the company they sent some workers out to look at what had been done. They too said it was a disaster, worst they had seen in over 20 years!! They had to tear our everything the first guys had done which led to huge amounts of dust and debris in the pool, on the deck and on the back of the house! The dust from sanding down the concrete the first guys put in has been a monumental task in and of itself. My husband and I have had to work almost every evening cleaning the deck, the windows and removing debris from the pool! This has been an absolute nightmare!! Please do not use this company for hardscape!! If you have a project scheduled please cancel it! They should not advertise they do hardscape because they are incompetent! The owner has lied to us over and over again. The project was supposed to be finished by the first week in June then by June 24th and then by July 4th. It is not only not finished but hazardous! We have had to cancel all of our summer plans due to their ineptness. Please heed my warning and DO NOT USE SHARP LAWN!!!

The crew was great -- professional and friendly and boy, did they work. It took a little longer than the estimate, but I expected that. There was a lot of work to be done. The yard looks beautiful again and I'm happy as a robin on the first warm spring day. It was money well spent. They asked that I be on site, in case they had any questions, so I stayed home from work for two days, and followed behind them to plant flowers and mulch the newly visible beds. They were pleasant companions in the yard and even followed my request to check for bird nests before removing honeysuckle and forsythia bushes. I liked their work so much and their professionalism, that I decided to go all out and contract with the company for a new patio. Patio details in my next review.

I had a service that worked for several years to give me a quality lawn. I finely gave up on them. I hired Sharp to replace them. Just 9 months later I have a lawn that looks like it could be a green on a golf course. The group that comes every week is friendly, respectful and pays attention to every detail. I am very pleased.

This is going back a couple of years. I actually have a billing issue with them that really kind of irritated me with them. When I originally signed up, it was essentially for weed control. I signed up for four sprays annually. The first or second year they were spraying my lawn, they actually service my yard five times. I called them and told them that I only signed up for four. They investigated and called me back and said that that's correct and I only signed up for four so we'll take this other one off. So the following year, I didn't had my yard sprayed because I've got a young child. This year, of course we're getting ready to put the house on the market and I needed to have the yard sprayed for weeds. So I called Sharp Lawn and when I did the billing person said that I was going to have to pay the outstanding bill before we can do any more work for you. It just kind of took me by surprise because I know I didn't have an outstanding bill but they said they'd been sending me invoices and they've called and so forth. I've not seen anything from this company. So I didn't what the situation was so I at lunch went to the bank and got some bank statements and saw where I had paid for all four sprays. So I got back to the office and I told the guy that I had my bank statements there that shows I paid for all four of the yard sprays. He said that this was for number five. That's when it clicked and I said wait a minute now I only paid for four and you were supposed to take care of this two years ago so obviously you haven't done that. He then said he was going to have to find out who the person was that sold you this because we've got you down for five. I told him no it should only be four. So to make a long story short, he contacted the guy who actually sold the program and found out it was four. So then of course, he was all apologetic and so forth but he was very rude up to that point. I think they kind of gave me false information. They obviously didn't keep their records straight. We'd discussed this two years prior and they obviously didn't keep their records straight or they wouldn't have brought this back up again. Based on that, I would never use this company again.

I have an annual maintenance plan with them. I am hoping what they did will fix the sprinkler heads; we will see.

They are not the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for in this case. Also, because of their heavy work backlog, it took them about a month to get to our place. They crew clearly was a notch above others in terms of skill and professionalism.

There is little too tell. The person that came out too give me a estimate on time and professional and so far I have been satisfied with their work.

They are very good. I have a very expensive landscape job that they installed in my rear property, and when they did that, I decided to have them help me maintain it. They turn off the sprinkler system in the fall and turn it on in the spring. They do very good work but they are expensive. They are a big outfit and I am sure that they have a lot of overhead. It might be a little bit cheaper if I found some little mom-and-pop place but I don't know whether they would be as good. The price is worth it for me but some people might say that it is too high. They are very professional and I like the quality of their work and it is very good.

The do excellent work. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use their services in the future.

The crew was very neat, professional and completed the job timely.

Removal went well - $1300 to take out existing shrubs and mulch. The idea was to remove everything and then the landscape architect would photograph the blank slate and come up with a proposal. Apparently the coordination between the removal and the install crew didn't happen so we had a "scorched earth" landscape for a few weeks. When the install guy finally got together a plan we had already moved on to a more proactive company (we needed to get the landscaping in before winter). The install guy got highly offended that we went with another company (I guess they felt that they had locked in our business). Bad experience and to top it off, the installer sent me a "nasty gram" in the mail explaining that I had messed up by not using them...bad business practice.
