Senninger responded immediately! We called around 7:30 AM and someone was on our doorstep around 8:45 AM. Provider was friendly, fast, and considerate of our home (i.e. floors, cleanliness)...literally removed his shoes to avoid tracking mud throughout our house. Provider offered two solutions to our issue in addition to the cost of either option...did not pressure us to choose the more expensive solution. Only charged for the service call. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall, called me back after a left a voicemail outside of business hours with in 1 hour. Showed up on time the following day and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They even fixed a loose hose from my sump pump I did not know about!!! Left some mud on the floor in the process but not a huge deal , I would tell anyone looking for a honest/fair plumber to give this company a call

The plumber was very professional and courteous. He listened to my explanation and then conducted a thorough investigation. By the time he had finished, I felt satisfied he had performed a quality repair.

My sump pump went out at my rental home about a month ago and Senninger came out right away and replaced it even though they had to slide around in freezing cold water. About 3 weeks late the sump pump wasn't working and they came out again and replaced it at no cost. We decided to upgrade to a larger pump but there was no charge for labor. I have used them may times for my personal home and would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt...didn't dilly dally...went right to work..finished in less than three hours. Cleaned up everything. This all happened on the coldest day we've had in twenty years. I will only use this company, SENNINGER Plumbing from now on when I need any plumbing work done. THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Had another plumber first who didn't fix the problem and charged me way more to try and unclog the line than Senninger did to replace all the pipes.

Noticed water usage was increasing. They came out promptly and located the leak within 30 minutes. Fixed leak within 5 hours. Estimated $700 to fix the issue. Final cost came a little under $600.

Excellent service and customer service

We have used Senninger Plumbing for 2 different projects. The first project was bigger...they changed out our old galvanized steel pipes and replaced them with pvc pipes. They moved some plumbing around as we requested, and they changed out the faucets/trim. That job cost around $1000. Chris and Joey have done all the work for us, and they are great! They are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. I will not use any other plumbing company in the future....Senninger is the best.

I was not there when the work was done, but the tenant says they were really nice and awesome. They did a thorough job looking for leaks and other places where the water line could be broken. They were very timely and complete in their job. This company explained anything that there was a question about.

Steve was so nice and had a guy at my house within 2 hours. They were fast and courteous and very reasonably priced.

I walked out through the garage (water heater in small closet in garage) and saw water on the floor after lunch on Friday. A friend recommend Senninger Plumbing so I called. I was told Steve Willoughby would call me back. I don't remember the exact sequence of events, but Steve called, told me someone would be coming and got some details on the situation. About 20(?) minutes later Bob Plumber pulled up and began serious preparations to remove the heater and control the water which had soaked about half the carpet in an adjoining bedroom. Sometime later Joey pulled up in his truck with a new replacement heater. By 6:30 pm or so, the new heater was in and working. Bob had recommended renting a special (squirrel cage) fan to dry the carpet and by Sunday afternoon it was dry. It was not an easy installation. The closet was small and the old water heater was on a raised platform which made it a tight fit. The new water heater was slightly larger and considerable thinking had to be done to get it in. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and very helpful. The work was done completely to my satisfaction. It was a situation where I was pretty rattled - not knowing anything about gas water heaters (except that they seem to have changed since the last time I looked over 30 years ago), and being new to Lexington and this house. Senninger's was helpful in many ways in getting through the whole thing. The only slightly disconcerting thing for this panicked homeowner was the "menu" choice procedure when their phone is answered. Was this some giant corporation? Was I going to be listening to music while waiting - the house was flooding!! In reality it was probably less than half a minute before I was talking to someone that could help. Great folks.

Chris May from Senninger Plumbing came out to clear the main sewer line which had stopped up while I was doing laundry in the early evening on Sunday. He arrived soon after my call and brought equipment and cleared the line which was stopped with lint (80 feet out). Before he began work, he asked questions and then explained clearly what he was going to do. The cost was extremely reasonable given that this emergency required a plumber to come out and work on a Sunday evening. I have used the services of Senninger Plumbing a number of times in the last several years (since learning about them) and each time I have been amazed and extremely pleased with the very professional, extremely competent, and personable plumbers they employ. I have used many different plumbers over the last 30 years before I found Senninger Plumbing and they are by far, the absolute best. I would never consider calling anyone else. It went so great. They were very kind and extremely thorough. It couldn't have gone better. I thought I had a leak because there was water collection in a dome light downstairs, right underneath an upstairs bathroom. They went all over the place looking for the cause. However, they found that the previous tenant upstairs (it is a finished attic) had done a "quick fix" to a problem she had reported so the leak wasn't caused there. They removed the dome and looked around - they were legitimately concerned, and really wanted to solve the problem. It turned out to be condensation, and I was a little embarrassed for taking their time out for that. But they reassured me that I should be concerned with water issues, and told me what to look for. They really cared and really wanted to take their time. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Great! When we called back to ask them to adjust the spin on the faucets to match the way they were, they were happy to do it and came the next day.

The technician was at our house within three hours of our initial (non-emergency) call. He was professional, efficient and friendly. The price was significantly less than what larger plumbing companies have charged us for the same work. Will definitely use these folks again.

They were able to fit me in the same day, took apart the faucet mechanism to find the problem, and checked the electrical supply to the dishwasher. The faucet part was ordered by me, and they will install it when it comes in. The best part was there was no charge today for this investigative work; they will bill me after the repair is done.

They were on time came in at the estimated price. Really nice and followed up couple day's later. Very satisfied!

I used them because I knew they were reliable and they will get the job done correctly. They were great and they did a great job!

they came, carefully studied the situation, sent me an estimate, I approved, date was set, they came as they said they would, carefully and on time finished in 2012, in July of this year after much rain the pipe settled in one place and the pipe access cover wouldn't fit down,they came in a day or two and promptly fixed it- they were always pleasant and all was very good except I had to wait quite a while when the job was first completed because they were waiting on a shipment from China of sewer pipe line access cover and that was not the best situation but out of their control.
