Steve, owner is great to work with. Mark, initial plumber came out Friday, 24 April 2015, started installing new conduit/PVC for a outdoor bathroom. He did not finish. Monday, he called in and quit Steve had 3 guys come out to finish the install. (They were not happy, they complained to my husband). Tuesday, 28 April 2015, conduit failed inspection. Steve called and told me. I had to call cancel the concrete pour schedule for Wednesday, 29 April. His guys came out Tuesday evening,their plumbing work passed the county's inspection on Thursday, 30 April 2015. Now i'm waiting for the concrete guy to fit me back in his schedule.

We discovered that a pipe had frozen and burst when we first turned on our outdoor faucet this spring and found water pouring out the side of our house. We initially called Senninger late on a Friday evening and were told that no one could come by until Monday. We were concerned that the leak could cause significant damage over the weekend so we called a different plumbing company for "emergency service." That company was able to identify the problem but was not able to find and fix the pipe -- after cutting three holes in our walls, charging us $200, and leaving a mess in our basement. We called Senninger to come back later that week and the plumber was able to find the pipe within a matter of minutes -- and only had to cut one hole in the wall! The plumber replaced the pipe and installed it at a different angle to help prevent future freezing. We have previously used Senninger for other plumbing work, including the installation of a new water heater, and have always found them to be reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. We have learned our lesson from our experience with the other plumbing company and will only use Senninger in the future!

Our water heater busted and dripped through the kitchen ceiling. We didn't know any plumbers and checked on Angie's list.. Being a weekend, not all plumbers were working. Senninger Plumbing returned our call within 15 minutes. He had four other jobs to do on that Saturday and agreed to come after those were done which would have been around 8:00PM but we said to wait until Sunday. He came at the set time of 11:00AM Sunday morning. He was very prompt and accessed the situation. He went to the shop to pick up a new water heater and returned in a short time. He was very efficient and it was high-quality work. The total time was four hours and included overtime for the weekend. We will definitely use this company again.

water line in exterior wall of the house froze and broke open. Called them and within 45 minutes they had a crew at the house. Less than one hour later the pipe was replaced and problem solved. Professional, punctual and didn't overcharge for the emergency. Great service.

Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and the provider, Senninger Plumbing, came out to our home to investigate. After nearly an hour of attempting to unclog the drain using their auger it was confirmed that the pipes needed to be replaced (previous owners had poured quite a bit of grease down the drain). Being in a financial bind, my wife and I were instantly sick over the thought of replacing pipes in our home. However, we agreed that it needed to be done and scheduled a time for them to come back and replace the necessary drainage pipes that led from our kitchen to the main. The work was performed promptly, unfortunately, the pipe that was cut was connected to both our kitchen drain AND our master bathroom sink. When turning on the water in our master bathroom, the water ran directly into our basement. After determining the cause, Senninger Plumbing came out again and connect the drain for the master bathroom sink to the newly installed pipe. Over the next 6-8 months my wife and I found that the pipe that was originally cut was dripping (enough to fill up 1/3 of a 5 gallon bucket), likely due to condensation building up. This caused a fairly unsightly stain on our carpet that we're in the process of scheduling a cleaning for. So we called Senninger Plumbing AGAIN and they came out to cap the pipe. The gentleman that capped the pipe said that capping it was all that he could do and he couldn't say what would happen if the pipe filled up with condensation. At this point we're just hoping it doesn't further damage our home. We were very pleased with the professionalism and prompt service that Senninger Plumbing provided, but we'll definitely quadruple check all work that they perform in the future.

Initial and all contact was via Angie List messaging. Each message I left was responded to the next morning. Might have been faster if I just called. After several messages a quote was given and a date set. The work was done as scheduled, in fact the technician was early and waiting when I got home. Two toilets were repaired with new parts and back operational within 1/2 hour. Space was cleaned up and all water cleaned up although he did the work with little water spillage. Because of the limited time it took to do the work and the fuel surcharge, which seems illogical with gas prices today, the price while as quoted was higher than I would have like to have seen for the work, and maybe if I had known that the work could have been done in 1/2 hour (rather than the 1-1.5 hours quoted) I could have found some other work or drains to clean to use up the remainder of the hour minimum charge. This is the second time I have used and I will use again,but next time I will probably use the phone to talk to them. Notes to score: Price is B due to the limited amount of work that was done and so high for what was done, but not high based on minimums and coming to my place. Responsiveness is B due to the apparent response to messages only once a day. Overall was B since I could not use A since two parts of the score were B. Probably would have been A- if that score was available.

We needed new fixtures in our bathroom. i purchased new fixtures and sinnenger replaced. it required sweating all joints. it also required cutting a hole in the wall to access the plumbing fixtures. the job went well and all fixtures are in and working properly.

I used Senniger to find a water leak because they have sonar equipment which I thought would do the trick and was led to believe they could find the leak. As soon as he got the equipment out I got the "if the leak is real deep I may not be able to hear it" line. He said he would give a try and see, so he spent approx 15 min poking as best he could with nothing definitive except its probably under the driveway. So for $170 (regular is 195 but used Angie's list discount) and 15 min I was no further ahead and no more confident that if I dug up driveway I would find leak. Would not use again.

The service was great. They were very professional and got it done quickly. They are a big company. With regard to price, I shopped around.

My first call was made early in the afternoon and the plumber was at my house within 45 minutes as promised. Nice guy, didn't waste my time with chit-chat, just got right to work after I explained what was going on. In 20 minutes, the job was done and he was gone. Completely easy and frustration-free. I fully respect a company who arrives when they say they do, so overall they get an A. I did mark price as a C, which AngiesList states as "Fair". While they were quick and prompt, $145 for the work done seems extremely high. However, it was something that I could not do myself, so I do not count this against them for the overall score.

The very next day, I called STEVE WILLABY to complain. He attempted to make this out to be MY FAULT and say perhaps I wrote it down wrong. I did no such thing! Before we hung up from our first conversation, I read back to him exactly when and where the appointment was to be.. he acknowledged all I had written down was correct. However TODAY, the day AFTER their no show, they want me to believe I had written things down wrong. Furthermore, when I called this morning to address this situation, Mr. WILLABY was rude,, course and threatened me with bodily harm. He stated that he would yank me through the telephone line and do harm to me!!!! These are NOT professional People!!! Do not trust or hire them!!!

They were running a little late in the schedule, but they kept me updated throughout the day and were not as late as they thought they might be. They were able to clear the clogs without bringing in the machine, so it did not cost as much as I thought it would. They offered advice to prevent recurrence of the clogs. They were helpful and polite.

They did beautiful work, but I forgot to use my Angie's list coupon. They said they can honor the coupon and refund me the difference, but later told me since I paid with a check, there was nothing they could do. I think they should have asked me in the first place how I paid instead of getting my hopes up then letting me down.

Scheduled estimate day/time within 1 week, which was my requested day. The estimate was free and given on the day scheduled. Available to schedule job within a week. Arrived on time and completed work in less time than estimated. Good quality work and completed as requested. Final payment less than estimate.

He didn't use the correct tools. He took a sledge hammer and demolished the wall in which ruined the kitchen.

The provider was chosen by the AWR insurance program. I had a blocked sewer line, and it was unclear where along the pipes the blockage was located. After clearly explaining what he was going to do, AJ accessed the crawl space, determined where the sewer line exited the house, manually dug down to it, opened it, found the site of the clog, snaked it out, and got my sewer line open and flowing! This after another company that I had contacted on my own proposed to dig up my yard and replace all the sewer lines for an astronomical price! I cannot praise the professionalism, efficiency and value of the services provided by AJ and Senniger Plumbing highly enough.

I called Senninger Plumbing for a leaking water heater. They were able to schedule my appointment the next day. It turns out on the day of the appointment they were able to come earlier than planned. They tightened our hot water heater expansion tank and then repaired three leaking faucets.

I like them. I thought that they did a good job, they were top and professionals. They fixed something in the toilet but my faucet is still leaking they didn't find where the problem was. I will probably use them again.

I have used Senneger plumbing in the past and was very satisfied with his work however, I have contacted him on 3 separate occasions on the past 12 months and each time he has been too busy to schedule any work. His lead times range from 2 to 4 weeks so if you have a emergency or need reasonably quick service, he is not the person to contact. If you have along lead tome and can schedule well in advance then I would recommend him.

Came home from trip to see my hot water heater had given out and started leaking. I called Senninger and they had two guys at my house ready to rock within a couple hours. By the end of the day I had a perfectly working water heater for a very good price. Workers were very good, nice, and efficient. Would highly recommend and will use them again myself when I have another issue.

Everything went fine and I was very pleased. All of this only took 45 minutes. The shutoff valve was so tightly stuck that we were afraid to force it because of the possibility of having an even bigger issue...like the possibility of a broken water pipe. So Johnny fixed that. There our hot and cold water faucet handles had become hard to turn, probably due to hard water deposits, and he fixed that situation so they freely move on and off now. In our other bathroom, we had a drip in the faucet and he fixed that and made it so the handles also work better than ever. It was a good experience and I would recommend the service and will use them again.

We had water stains in our kitchen ceiling that were getting worse. They could have ripped out drywall trying to locate the location of the leak, but instead decided that it would be best to check the trap , which had a broken seal. They replaced it for little more than the cost of most service calls. They were quick, extremely courteous and were nice to my dog! We love these guys! Will definitely use them exclusively in the future for all plumbing for our home and rental property.

Good job. Wish they would have brought the camera the first appointment, had to return the next day. Very informative,professional and will use them again if needed.

Called before coming was on time very conscientious of making mess and cleaning up. Did a good job will definitely use again

Service man showed up exactly as scheduled. Insisted on wearing booties to keep the floors clean. Quickly moved through the house making repairs. Have a very old shower diverter that was not working and parts are not available. Got on the phone and tracked one down locally. Would have gone after it but since we are about to do a re-model I chose not to make that repair since it was an hour of driving for him and a $45 part we would soon be replacing anyway. Had an emergency issues with a kitchen drain leak which I found dripping on an electrical power box in the garage. Called Senninger Plumbing and they had a serviceman on site in less than 45 mins. Clean, pleasant, quick, reliable and cost effective.
