Description of Work: They were very prompt and courteous. They new exactly what do to and worked until is was completed. The equipment rental daily fee was a little higher than expected, but this was the first time I had contracted this type work. The rates may have been normal. |I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: Replaced rusted bolts on toilet tank that were leaking. Did a great job & was super nice.

Description of Work: I had an upstairs toilet drain leak down into the office. They just started hacking into the ceiling and then the drain pipe. They were surprised that there was water in the drain pipe. Luckily I was prepared with a container to save my carpet. When they left for the day, they didn't cap the drain, so using the sink sent water down into the office. They've got great ratings, but I found them cavalier, unprofessional, and messy.

Description of Work: They fixed the outside spigot. Johnny knew exactly what was wrong, had the correct part and was very efficient. I will be using them again this coming week as Johnny discovered another problem in the home that could be very costly if it had not been found (my inside turn off value is broken.) Very glad I looked on Angie's list and found this company.

Description of Work: Woke up on the morning of 1/8/15, coldest day of the winter so far, and my pipes were frozen. After calling around 8:30 they were able to show up at 10:30 which I thought was very reasonable, especially since it was so cold. The plumber was very knowledgeable and able to locate the frozen pipes immediately. Had to use a thawer machine to unfreeze the pipes. Overall took about an hour. Provided some useful tips on avoiding the problem in the future. Will definitely use again if another problem arises.

Description of Work: The morning I called, they offered same day service which is unheard of. We decided next day. Plumber showed up a few minutes early, also unheard of. Recommended service I didn't know possible. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Highly recommend them for plumbing. We have used them several times and have been very satisfied. However, I would not recommend them at all for gas services. We had a very difficult time getting the gas guy to contact us, and then when he came out he promised us estimates and such and we never heard back from him.

Description of Work: During a series of approximately three calls, one hot water line and two cold water lines replaced, plus a new faucet and shower head installed in a bathroom. Approximate cost of service ($200) is a per call average.

Description of Work: damaged pipes to water feeders on horse farm. Pipes damage from the brutal winter, had to bring in a back hoe to repair. Job well done.

Description of Work: I had water coming up from an outside drain into my basement garage. Sennigers cut through my slab floor and connected a drain tile so the water would drain out. So far so good. However, it was a bit pricey but I will use again.
