We have the experience, plumbers and inventory necessary to handle any project, large or small. Description of Work: My kitchen sink was plugged due to an old garbage disposal. He unplugged my sink and replaced the garbage disposal with a new and better one. I've had no problems since. He worked quickly. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet fill valve and flapper. Replaced leaky faucet with a new faucet. Approximately 2 hours for whole job including travel to warehouse. The man was polite and helpful with other concerns and pricing.

Description of Work: During the 4 years of ownership of my home; we would have to vacuum out the drip trays. We thought it was a line clogging problem. When they came out when I was selling the house, they inspected the AC they were able to pinpoint why the drip tray was always full. It was an insulation problem; which caused the drip tray to full. None of the other providers who had serviced the HVAC in the past were able to catch that.

Description of Work: The guys were running late but sometimes that's expected. They called and gave me a new time and made it in that window. They came out and did eveything they could to get my problem fixed. They were very professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: "I Called them Thursday & they said they were coming Monday. They called Monday morning to say 'secretary was sick, the guy coming is in hospital & we have to cancel'. They were polite anyway. He then showed up unannounced on Tuesday calling from the street to say he was here. By then I had called someone else. Again he was very polite."

Description of Work: We've used this company many times. I wasn't very happy with this visit. They were at my house for 5-7 minutes and charged $165 to unstop a toilet. The plumber didn't remove his shoes and left wet prints all over the wood floors and steps. Not sure I will use them again. I will probably shop around.
