The guys were great and professional. They replaced an old water heater and installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity in our half bath. Everything looks and works great.

I called late on a Monday afternoon and left message. They called back within an hour and scheduled me for that Wed at 9 am. Johnny showed up at exactly 9 am. Very courteous and professional. Roto-rooter came out the week before and told me they would have to go through drywall and replace everything to fix it, and it would cost me $340 plus parts...totaling anywhere from $500 on up. Johnny with Senninger took about 20 minutes to replace one part with no need to go through drywall and it was fixed! Total cost was approx $185. I am so thankful for their services, and Senninger now has my business for all my plumbing needs.

My service tech, Johnny, showed up on time (actually a little early, which was great) and did everything I needed quickly, efficiently, accurately, and politely. I'd definitely ask this company to do work for me again!

Our water heater is quite old and he did not have the appropriate valve--had to do a work around (I was a bit taken aback by that, since the claim on the site is that Senninger carries a large inventory of parts and fixtures). The price was exactly as quoted over the phone, so no surprise there, though an hourly rate of $105 strikes me as high. He gave an estimate on replacing our water heater once our repairs are done, with a credit for the cost of the interim fix, which I think is very fair. Overall, I am very pleased with the work that was performed and the speediness with which it was addressed and will consider hiring the company for replacing our unit, once the damage from our leaking water heater is fixed.

Everything went very well. The quoted price was higher than what I was actually billed because the install was easy (I have an unfinished walk-out basement with easy access to water heater) and took less than two hours. I used an Angie's List coupon to save 10%!

The installation went extremely well. I couldn't have been been happier. The 2 technicians AJ and Mark were extremely professional, polite and worked diligently to get the water heater installed. They answered all of the questions that I had and were very easy to talk to. I have built new homes, re-modeled several others, and also do alot of my own work. It was apparent that they were very experienced, well trained, competent and efficient. they worked and communicated very well together and represented their company(Senninger) in a very professional manner. I will gladly recommend both the company and the technicians to any/all of my friends. While no one is excited to have to spend $2700 for an emergency installation of a water heater...I felt that Steve(original contact) and the company treated me fairly and did not try to take advantage of the difficult situation that we were in with not hot water. I'm not sure how it went. I was NOT home when it was installed. I requested they come in and do th ework whiel I was away. They did a GREAT job!! The new heater was installed as promised. All coper pipes were modified o added on to. The old eye sore was removed from my home and the new one is runing great!! The area was cleaned up and looked good when I returned home. The PLUS.............my monthly electric bills have significantly reduced!! I mean..WOW!! The old 80 gallon heater was eating up the electric I guess. Nothing has changed around my home but the water heater and each month I see a savings in my electric bill. Plus, I get a $300.00 rebate from KU.

Chuck was very good and worked at a brisk pace which was nice since billing was hourly based. I would recommend him and his company. I will use again. Hopefully not for a while

He showed up on time and was able to cut out our old faucet and install the new one relatively quickly. We were very happy with the service.

We recently moved into our house and had issues with the shower water temperature. Wouldn't get hot enough despite water heater set quite high. German fixture that took some figuring out but success in the end. Then three days before Christmas, had water in basement. Good response on getting in with a replacement sump installation. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with and we will be using Senninger again!

Everything went well. Technicians provided options and recommendations as to what was needed now and fair pricing for water heater replacement.

I found them on Angie's List. They didn't do a good job and I had to get another plummer. It was on a Sunday and he came out quickly. He diagnosed the problem and told me what the issue was. He said that he would let his office know on Monday. He said that someone would have to come out and fix the leaky faucet. He never did that. I called them on Monday and they said that they wouldn't do it. They don't do that small of a job. It was a waste of time and my $135. It was a Sunday, so I expected overtime. If he had done his follow-up with the office, came out here, and did the job, that would have been good. I had to call them myself and they told me they couldn't do it because, they were too busy.

Service was great. Arrived on time and price was very reasonable. Had to install a new shut off valve to the gas line running to our dryer and run a new line from there to hook up the gas range.

I called Senninger on Wednesday afternoon, and they had someone at my house on Thursday morning. Mark was efficient, professional, and friendly. He even took the time to clean up the gunk left/hidden by the old faucet so that the new one would look nice after he installed it. Will definitely use them in the future!

I thought they were pretty good. I've been using them throughout this renovation that I'm doing on the house. They seemed reasonable. They left the area a little bit messy when they were done. They could make it a little bit more precise.

The technician showed up on time (10 minutes or so early, actually), which I really appreciated. After showing him what exactly was wrong, I asked for his recommendation on how to run the pipe for the hose connection. He explained why he made the recommendation that he did and then immediately got working. He was smart about the order in which he did the tasks. First thing he did was drain the water heater (after shutting off the power to it) and while we waited for that to drain, he got to cutting and cleaning the pipe for the hose connection. I didn't feel like he was ever sitting around milking the clock. I asked if he could supply me with a new spigot for outside the house since ours was quite old. This wasn't something I had initially asked for, but he had one on his truck and was able to grant my request. The entire time he was very professional and explained everything he did and why he did it. I would (and probably will) hire Senninger Plumbing in the future without hesitation.

Johnny was very nice. He was punctual and got right to work after I showed him the tasks. The part needed for the tub faucet was very small. I had to buy a whole faucet to get the part. UGH! If I had known ahead of time, I would have bought a whole new faucet to go with the shower head. That was NOT his fault. Everything worked like a champ after he was done.

They did a great job and were very friendly and efficient. They took the time to answer other questions that I had while they were here.

Setting up timing for an estimate was easily done, and the estimate was sent quickly. It fell in line with my other estimates and I felt the proposed work was fully described and explained. I did end up going with another provider, but I would happily suggest Senninger for plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with their service, it was a bit pricey but granted I did not shop around much for the project so I don't have much of a comparison to make.

Service was fast, correct and clean. Everything was explained well and given options as well as working with us to solve problem and schedule accordingly.

Nick was very professional and thorough. He found issues we didn't know we had and even fixed a water pressure issue. I am having them come back this week to replace the master shutoff valve. Will use this company from here on out.
