Employee arrived on time and started to work. He removed the old faucet and cleaned the sink area before installing the new faucet. He was very thorough and noted plumbing problems that were detected on our invoice. He left the bathroom neat and tidy.

The guy came out within hours of the call, exactly when the lady on the phone said he would. He noticed the same problem I had, and fixed that leak immediately. However, the low-quality parts I replaced it with were incompatible in some subtle way. He spent most of his time before he came to that conclusion. He was well prepared, ran out to his van and grabbed a couple different kinds of sprayers. He managed to find one that worked in the mix. I think it was a pretty difficult job, with my failed attempt to fix it myself, but he managed to track down all the problems and fix them in about an hour. I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing, now that I've found this great local company.

Everything turned out well. They were prompt and it only took them around two hours to fix it.

They were great! They showed up early, which was nice, took less time than estimated to fix the leak, and were far less expensive than the other estimates we received. We are so excited to not pay an extra $100 on our water bill each month! It is nice to have a company that we will now recommend to our friends.

I called Senninger service dispatch at 8 AM, Dec 23. The technician arrived just 2 hours later. The plumber was friendly and knew his job well. He fixed the problem in less than an hour. He even gave me some pointers on solder technique since I had tried to do the job myself (and botched it) before calling Senninger. Service call and approximately an hour's labor came to $88.19 with the $20 coupon offered on Angie's List. Totally worth it! Compared with a full day of me cursed and swearing hunched over behind the washer trying to do the job myself. Yeah, totally worth it!

They were very affordable, reliable, and punctual. Steve was very courteous and I would definitely use them again.

They were quick to schedule an appointment. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly.

I came home from work around 4:30 to find water spewing out of the top of the hot water heater. Senninger had their serviceman Kevin call me back immediately, and he was able to diagnose our need for a new water heater over the phone and give me a price quote. Kevin was at our house within an hour and spent the evening removing the old water heater and installing the new. This was critical because the old heater was improperly installed such that the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the water supply to the entire house. Kevin did everything in a very professional and efficient manner.

Pretty well. Called Paula at the service desk, who had a serviceman, Steve, call me that same day (this was Monday). Received a call Monday afternoon with an estimate. These guys were the third plumbing company I had called for estimates. Their price was a little more competitive than the other two, thus why I chose them. We set up the visit to occur on Tuesday 10:30; the technicians arrived 15 minutes early. Drained the existing heater after confirming the lower gasket wasn't the problem. Steve had mentioned they had a pump to make the draining of the heater faster; however, these techs had misplaced this pump at the office. By 10:40 the new water heater was brought in the house and the replacement began. By 11:10 the installation was complete. Only negative was a few black marks the draining hose left on the wall corner.

They responded to our service call the next day and were immediately able to identify and fix the problem. Very professional and quickly resolved the leak!

The only complaint I have is that they fixed both pipes under the house instead of just one and then coming back out.

I was very impressed with Blaze's candor and professionalism. He was straightforward and easy to work with. He had given us an estimate for the job the day before and he stuck to it. He also stayed at our house until we got home in order to relay a message from the former owner of the house about a potential fire hazard and I definitely appreciate his going the extra mile. I also thought he did a very good job of installing the line. He didn't leave a mess behind or break anything in the process and he only cut one hole in the floor (no false starts, in other words). So I was impressed. I'd definitely hire him again (and I may, when I have gas logs put in the fireplace).

I have a rental property in Lexington. I live in Louisville. Called Senninger, spoke to Nancy (I think). She took down the tenant's name and phone and handled everything from there. I asked to be called if the estimate was over $200.00. Invoice was for $140 and some change and included a detailed report from the on site repair person. It was great to have them speak to the tenant directly with scheduling. Given the convenience, will use them again even though the per hour labor charge is a little above the normal $80.00.

The plumber got there sooner than I asked and was waiting for me in the driveway with his meter running. The drain was not complicated and was easily accessible. The job took two (2) hours and I was charged $60 for the use of the snake as well. I was not pleased with the total cost of the job, since it was a simple snaking of a drain. I thought the price was too high and took too long. If it had been complicated, I could have understood the price, but it wasn't. Apparently I was charged from the time I called for an appointment until the plumber completed the job and the bill.

Fantastic! Darryl came over to give me a quote, which cost $50. The $50 would be credited against the total job cost. I researched toilets, bought one, and had Darryl pick it up at the supply house. He showed up on time (early, actually!) and got right to work. The job was done efficiently. Darryl cleaned up the mess and took away the old toilet. Couldn't have been better!

I am pleased with the work that was performed, including the fact that they took a conservative approach and put the water heater on a pedestal in the garage. (Another plumber and a Lowe's salesman both said the newer models of water heater made this unnecessary, but the installation manuals that I researched on the Internet all said to put it on a pedestal.) They cleaned up after their work. The model water heater they installed is a good one (again, I did research on the Internet and consulted with a neighbor who has some experience with this). They had a good idea of changing the direction the water heater faced for easier access. They thought about whether someone could get to the furnace based on how close the water heater was to it. I felt that the plumber (especially the senior one) was honest and intelligent, and very experienced.

They arrived on schedule and continued working until the job was done, even though it took slightly longer than planned because they had some difficulty locating where the main sewer line was located. The work was being done in the cellar and garage, so cleanliness was not as much of an issue as it would be if they were working in the house. However, they made sure everything was picked up and clean at the end of every day; and they made sure they put the excess dirt and concrete in areas that would minimize the amount of cleanup we had to do. They took the time to do small extras, like putting an extra shut off valve in the water line so we wouldn't have to shut off the water in the house when we connect the sink. They even took the time to make sure our dogs could get back into the house when they left for the day. Both of the people who worked on our job were very pleasant and committed to doing a good job, and we would have them back with no hesitation.

This Senninger plumber gave us a 30 minute notice call, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, cheerful, and was very efficient. The bill was less than expected. You can bet that the next time I need a plumber, I will call Senninger Plumbing. Senninger Plumbing exceeded our expectations and delivered A+ excellent service.

We got their name of off Angie's List. We called and scheduled an appointment. They came out within 48 hours. They also called about 30 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on the way. They actually were able to come sooner than anticipated. He looked at it, said he could fix it. Took care of the problem and was finished. No problems at all. I had already had another plumber out and they said they couldn't fix it and would have to replace the toilet for almost $1000! So, I feel that Senninger was completely honest and not out to "get" us.

We were very happy with their work. They explained what the problem was and immediately went to work. They were very efficient and put on shoe covers when they went upstairs. We would definitely hire them again.

In about 30 minutes 2 plumbers came back with 3 toilets and they removed the old ones and installed the new ones in about 1 hour. The were very professional and the new toilets look and work great. They also hauled off the 3 old toilets.

We were very pleased with the work. He even cleaned up all work spaces.
